“I am giving this bank 5 stars because I just refinanced my house with them. It was easy and I have never even met the man who did the work for me. Everything was done virtually. Lance Conte helped me make decisions through email and a website dedicated to my account. I felt so safe and really appreciated. The interest rates were low and there has been a rush of people refinancing. I was told that it would take 3 months and it has taken a little less than that. Nice. I like to know up front what to expect. Today I got a call from the closing company. They are coming to my house for the closing. I like that I can determine the level of safety that will be in place. Definitely will stay with Citizens.”

“Don't let anything that you've heard about this ATM give you preconceived notions. Go into using this ATM with an open mind and you'll be very happy. It has all the functions at an ATM should have including withdrawing money depositing money cashing checks, checking balances, and all those things. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this ATM and like I said if you go into it with an open mind you'll come out of it with a new appreciation for the ATM. And maybe even ATMs in general.”

“Upate 2022: The staff here really are so nice! Especially the cashiers. Recently we've had need to purchase Covid testing kits, and our local Walgreens had them in stock by the pharmacy. (negative thankfully) Today we stopped in to purchase a birthday card and I see they have added quite a few new gift cards to their offerings. I am particularly pleased to see they offer Steam gift cards (a gaming website) as this is a favorite of one of my family members and an expense they don't often treat themselves to, so it makes a perfect gift! There is a USAA cash machine right inside the door and they sell a few local newspapers too. I've also used their on-line photo service to order prints and gone to the store to pick them up, ready same day. They usually have what we are looking for and I even found some coloring books here when I was in need. I am signed up for their rewards program which saves a few bucks based on purchases plus they give coupons at checkout. Conveniently located, and well stocked.”

“This Cumberland Farms is located less than 1 mile from my house. Super convenient. It's one of the old Cumberland Farms so it's quite small but perfect for what I Cumberland Farms is. The manager Jen is one of the friendliest people and always greets you with a smile and a hello, a joke or an anecdote. I come almost daily for my dollar iced coffee.”
