The hairdresser , Juddy, didn't follow instructions to create layers in my long hair. My hair was shortnen by 8-9 inches when I only requested for layers. Unfortunately, I have to wait between 18-24 months to have my hair long again. I regret that I went to this establishment. The customer service and environment was nice but unfortunately the hairdresser didn't know how to follow instructions after seeing a picture of the desired hair cut.
Requested style: Long hair with layers.

Enza was the first person ever to cut my hair, (besides my mom) and she continued to cut, style my hair until I moved out of RI. When she comes to Pensacola or I go to RI she always works on my hair.
Enza and I have been friends for over 40+ years.
She goes out of her way to always help people and goes above and beyond what is asked of her.
She is fantastic and if I still live in RI she would be still styling my hair.

I had my first haircut with Enza and she did a fabulous job. I'm very picky about my long layers matching up perfectly and she got it done right the first time. I would definitely recommend her as she was so very kind and personable.

My stylist was nice but the color and cut aren't anything close to what I asked for.UPDATE: in the space of two weeks my gray is showing at my roots, my hair is flat and full of static and my color looks like it did before my appointment despite using color shampoo. What did I pay $90 for? Now I have to find someone else to actually do my hair properly. I'll never go to this salon again.
