Highly recommend Fredericksons Farm! My father in law has a pellet stove from them and when we bought our new house that has a wood fireplace, he told us to go see them! We went even though we weren’t quite ready to dive in, they answered all our questions which sealed the deal. From the sales person at the stove to, Rebecca who handles all the paperwork and schedule, to Alex who came out to inspected before the install and all the way to the final install, I will say all went so very smooth. Not only was it a seamless transaction, they were the kindest and most patient company I have ever dealt with, Alex and his crewman also made sure to be very careful around the area of the fireplace as the tiling was brand new. For the timeframe of the project, was great even with the holidays and for the cold cold weather to arrive. Thank you everyone that helped us in the process. You deserve more than 5 stars!

Had a fantastic experience with Frederickson for my pellet stove! I made the mistake of calling Petro (who services my propane) to inspect my stove before firing it up for the winter, and they assured me everything looked great. When we started the stove and it wouldn’t light, I was referred to Frederickson and they helped right away. The service man was quick, friendly, & he was great with my dog! He first thought we would have to order parts to fix the stove, but kept trying different methods and ended up solving the issue. Can’t recommend them enough!

Emailed them for pricing on a stove & received an email and call within an hour. The salesman explained the process and pricing thoroughly. We decided to purchase so went into the store and I was greeted right away. The salesman showed me the stove and gave a rundown then we put a deposit down on the stove to have someone visit on site to scope for installation costs. I asked the salesman in store what installation range was and was told $800-1,000 which I thought was reasonable. My only complaint would be that installation ended up being $1,200 which I thought was high for a pretty simple installation (we swapped from wood stove insert to pellet stove insert). The only thing that made the high installation cost better was that they delivered 1 ton of pellets free without me even having to ask for pellets. Between sales, scheduling, installation, and pellet delivery everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly.
