An absolute embarrassment to the town. The rude and belittling way the woman at the front desk treats people is a joke. Save your time and go to Hope they are excellent.

We received great service from the postmaster Matt trying to track down a missing package that was mislabeled with the wrong address by the seller/shipper. Clerks here are always so friendly and helpful. And our mail carrier Ray goes above and beyond every day! Thank you all!

Dropped off three packages today. Guy who took care of me was baldish and seemed miserable. He scanned everything and instead of handing me the receipt when I had my hand out, he tossed it on the counter and just turned away. Not a goodbye or anything.

Blonde lady with glasses who works the front is hands down one of the rudest people you will ever meet in your life. Not helpful in the least. I mentioned to her how rude she was being and she said take your package and go somewhere else. Beware. There is zero holiday cheer in this office!

I have been having a problem with USPS packages through Amazon. A woman called me up from the Scituate Post office just to tell me I was wrong. She didn't even listen to me when I tried to tell her that I knew the problem was with Amazon, or that she could close out the incident report that Amazon opened. She just wanted to argue with me at 8:30am.

They never answered the phone. I was calling about a package that was never delivered because they "couldn't find the address", when they deliver mail to that address every day.

Mail issues constantly and there’s no way to get help. Mailman leaves packages sticking out of my box with no care at all. I got better service in a bad neighborhood. Crazy. A PO Box is in my future.

I have an online store where I sell merchandise and then ship it out nationwide. So I come here quite frequently & there's only one GREAT employee who knows what she's doing- quite frankly & thank god she's almost always there! However the last few weeks I think they have increased their staff because I've noticed a few other faces and have seen them a few times. Either way this is my favorite post office as I'm usually in and out!

The lady that picks the phone up was nothing but rude to me on the phone. Told me to stop calling to check if my mail was there. That i will get somthing in the mail saying I have to come in. I was in complete shock of how ignorant the lady was on the phone
