I went into this store on 5/3/23 to upgrade a phone Did that Was told the plan i have, no longer exists. They even have a cheaper plan. Also provided teacher id to them for discount. Left with bill being about the same Here we are in august 2023 and my bill is over $100 more and discount not applied Completely discussed i call AT&T. Tommy got me back on my old plan( it does still exist) and with my teacher discount, the bill is a tiny lower than before entering that store Do not ever go into the stores for anything they lie. Do it on the phone on the recorded line

My husband and I recently upgraded our phones at the Smithfield Crossing location. Usually a complicated ordeal but the Manager Danny was excellent, made the experience easy and as quick as possible. Another employee Jay was also very helpful. On a follow up quick visit Precious was helpful too. Obviously good management is why the store has greatly improved. Danny was pleasant, accommodating and friendly, we spoke to him about his photography talent. The prices on screen protectors, covers and chargers were overpriced.

Hi…. I am an 81 year old woman who purchased a new iPhone from AT&T. I was at the store on Putnam Pike on Friday with several complicated issues concerning my Iphone.13. I am not technologically savvy so some of myquestions could have probably been answered by an eight year old. Lol However, Denni and Precious took their time, and answered me in a clear and friendly manner, which made me feel very much at ease. They helped me in every way possible and I went home feeling very confident. I would recommend them to anyone considering buying a new phone or needing assistance in anyway. AT&T on Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI.

Alijah greeted me within 5 seconds of walking in and immediately got to work on fixing my SIM card issue. He was fast, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. If it were my store I would kick him a little bonus for all positive feedback he gets. Def a great representative for AT&T especially in times where it’s hard to find good help.

The store rep was absolutely incredible. He handled multiple customers with ease composure and respect. He had a great personality, definitely a people person. He's going to go very far in life with his attitude for sure. I got everything I needed with a great experience.

Terrible customer service the actual manager was rude and unprofessional. I had pre-ordered the Samsung s23 ultra and did a return phone for rebate. I brought the phone with the return slip and had to reset my phone. Had to charge it and while waiting he rudely asked me why I was still in the store and told him my phone needed to be charged to factory reset. Will never go to this location again thanks for the help next time I'll just switch to Verizon.What does he do? Tells me to return it in the mail instead of taking it and returning it like the store is supposed to do.

Terrible! Twice in 4 months we have been lied to by the staff and management at this store. After questioning some of the practices at this store by calling AT&T customer service, we are convinced that the employees are just lazy and just do not want to do their job. When we stopped in most recently to have an issue fixed, the store reeked of marijuana and the associate could barely open his eyes. Go to the Johnston store on Atwood Avenue instead. Our problem (that we were told could not be dealt with at a retail store) was solved almost instantly and was done so by approachable employees.

Came here to switch the lines on my phone and the guy behind the desk didn't wanna work saying he didn't know how to do it. Came back the next day hours before closing and it said that there was a delay on the sign.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. If you need help with your A T & T product the Johnston store is a far better choice.
