3 generations working under the same roof! Took my 2006 Jeep Wrangler in for a check engine light that the previous owner said has been on since he bought it new. Says the dealership couldn't figure it out and simply reset the computer long enough to pass inspection each time. I took it to another shop, who also couldn't figure it out. Then I met Sparky, Steven and Wiz. They figured it out and fixed it in a couple hours. Couldn't be happier with them. I've been disappointed so many times by dealerships. This place is great.

Steve's been my mechanic since I was 16. I don't live in Smithfield but go there still anyway. Can't beat a great mechanic who you can trust. I'm 44 now

Very knowledgeable people, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I know when they fix something, I do not have to worry about it. I can call them with whatever I need and I know they are able to handle it. They are inexpensive and very quick with their work. I would recommend them to anyone

In full disclosure, the owner has become a close friend of mine. But that has allowed me to witness his strong work ethic, dedication to his customers and attention to detail. It's often difficult to find an auto mechanic in whom you can put your trust. This a family operated business, having been passed on from his father. His son works with him and, on many days, you'll find his grandson learning the trade at a tender age. So, pride and tradition are factors here, and it shows. They go out of their way to accommodate. Most walk thru the door as customers and leave as friends. I have referred many over the years and always receive thanks for pointing them in the right direction. You'll see everything from routine oil changes to antique restorations being done. The Wiz has connections and, if he doesn't have what you need, he'll get it.... If he cannot help you, he knows someone who can. So, support your local family-run business. You won't be sorry.

We want to give the biggest THANK YOU and tons of appreciation to Autowizard (Steve and Sparky) for saving over $1000.00 after a reputable dealership in Smithfield told us we needed to have a battery AND ALTERNATOR replaced immediately when we picked it up from them (after they had the truck for 2 months to do a complete frame replacement due to a recall). We went with our instincts since the 2 month long process was not a good experience AT ALL with that company and took it to Autowizard to look at it. After Autowizard took a look, they found that it was a loose connection of a wire to a fuse panel which was the issue, not the alternator at all!!! Thank you to Autowizard for your vast knowledge from your years of experience, great service, and being great mechanics!

You will not find better a place to take your car EVER. These men are Master Level Auto Technicians. It's so clean in there shop, you can eat off the floor. When you bring your car in, you can be sure the absolute best work was done. These men are the greatest. They understand the heart and soul of a car. I was told to go to The Autowizard 23 years ago. It has been my privilege to know them; they are funny...be sure to tell them what exactly is the sound your car is making!! You have to go their to experience the only true WIZARDS of CARS!!!
