“I brought my car in for a quote for some scratches and Joe was so kind and gave me the cheap and expensive option and gave me his advice on what he would do! I dropped my car off during heavy rain and he had me pull in to the garage so I wouldn't get out in the rain! He also had me walk through the shop so I had a closer walk! (I did have an umbrella!) He called me when my car was done and knew I wasn't sure how I was getting back to the shop! Because my work is close to the shop, he delivered my car to my work for me!
