Visited Cellular Mobile Service today on Putnam Pike.
I was locked out of my phone and in a panic...I'm at that age where technology and I are often arch enemies! To the point, as soon as I walked in the store I was met with a friendly smile and a demeanor that suggested my problem was going to be handled confidently.
Dave , in no time, identified the issue and fixed it. Dave is a very knowledgeable and trained technician and I was fortunate to have benefitted from his professionalism. His fellow.associate Jay was equally courteous. Who ever the owner is at Cellular Mobile ( Putnam Pike location) is, i truly hope he appreciates the valuable assets he has in these two gentlemen. Because of this seemingly small exchange, my husband and I are spreading the word to anyone who has need of phone service whether it be repair, phone sales, phone service plans they are your " go to".
Looking forward to doing more business ...Dave took away my anxiety about dealing with cell phone matters and replaced it with trust in great service. Go there before anywhere else. Should be a choice for more than 5 stars!!!

Edgar was awesome! My phone was cracked completely on the back and after Edgar fixed my phone it looks brand new! The cost is extremely reasonable.

My cell phone wasn't charging so I took it to Verizon at the Smithfield Crossings. They couldn't fix it and referred me here. My entire experience from beginning to end was excellent! Edgar explained in detail what he was going to attempt to do to try to fix it and if that didn't work then they would need to order the part. Well the first path actually worked and I was very satisfied with his service and workmanship. They have decent competitive prices plenty of products to choose from from chargers, to pads, to phones and covers and so forth. They really do excellent work and take pride in it. I highly recommend them for all your cell phone and other devices needs! Plus they're open 7 days a week which is super convenient! I'm coming back because of a cracked screen and I have confidence in their workmanship!

I wish I could remember his name, but I was on a recent business trip and my phone died enroute to Rhode Island. I was directed to Cellular Mobile Services by my cellular provider after they said they could not help me, but only replace my phone (which would have taken days) and cost me over $500 to honor my contract. I got to CMS less than a half hour before closing and your technician squeezed me in after he finished working on another phone. He finished after close, but he was able to fix the phone by simply unplugging the power supply and reconnecting. I was charged a nominal fee and walked away with my phone working again! I can't thank you enough for saving my trip and saving me a lot of hassle and money! Friendly service that went above and beyond.

Customer service was incredible. Edgar assisted in fixing my iPhone 11s broken screen in just about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for any phone repairs.

Had my iPhone fixed in literally 15 minutes! Edgar was so friendly & knowledgeable! Super quick repair & comes with a warranty as well! Will definitely be returning if I ever need to fix my phone again! Very affordable too!

This was the second time I had to get my phone repaired and another great experience. I had to leave my phone for a few hours and Edgar communicated with me for when it would be complete and called me as soon as it was ready for pickup. He also helped me find a better case to avoid future breaks. Very clean, very professional- much cheaper than the other quote I got. Highly recommend!
