The staff are friendly and eager to help you find what you're looking for.

“I been shopping there for the past few years, with over 50 orders, online, shipping, store pick up, and in-store and every experience has been super positive. Everyone knows me as soon as I walk in or just speaking on the phone and immediately give me my items to pick up before even being asked. Amazing customer service which has me returning weekly. I never had any issues with returns as well, and if I can't find the items I am looking for then they go out of their way to help me. “needless to say, I was REALLY nervous about visiting for the first time but the owner was really nice and accommodating. I’m extremely particular and maybe even strange about the way I shop and he accommodated to that. I’m from japan and I had my mom visit for me while she was around the area earlier in the year and I really loved all the clothing I got :) visiting again he ran me through everything and I ended up finding a lot of pieces I liked. “Always a good option for discounted clothes and random housewares and goods. You never know what you'll find, but the average quality tends to be generally higher than similar warehouse stores.
The actual building is a bit dark and dingy, stained carpet, all that. But you're not here for the shopping experience, you're here for the markdowns, which you will find.

“I haven't been here since COVID but this store always has great summer outfits I bought 2 with shoes. I bought a tan linen pant with a men's shirt to tuck in and the white floral is actually a skirt but I'll be wearing it as a dress with the white striped sandals. The store usually has a long wait time but it was moving pretty fast today. I can't tell you how many shoppers end up leaving cause the line is reaching to the back of the store,However the shoe aisle is always a mess cause people(shoppers) don't put the shoes back on the rack so they're all over the floor being scuffed and dirty.
P.S the store now has double racks(top/bottom) on both sides to increase the amount of clothes they have to hold the clothes which is pretty cool. The line is still very long but there were 9 registers opened today so it moved pretty quickly”
“Amazing customer service! I came here today looking for a pair of the white cargo shorts they've been selling all summer. I really like their cargo shorts because they're quality and worth the money! They didn't have my size and all the shorts were on clearance. The super helpful woman on the sales floor offered to call the Olneyville location and see if they had them in stock. Not only did that location have the size I was looking for, but they also offered to hold them for me until I got to the store! I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit!”

The store used to be on the second floor of the mall and it was really expansive. Now it is on the main floor, a bit smaller, but still showcasing nice clothes. Love their jeans, sweatshirts and shirts. The corporate entity of Abercrombie & Fitch is branded as an American lifestyle retailer that focuses on casual wear. “I’ve been a Brooks Brothers customer for years. The dry cleaners recently broke one of the suit coat buttons (and didn’t mention it or fix it). My tailor didn’t do buttons (!) so I called the Providence store to see if they could help. Charles Flora (Asst. Manager) took my call, confirmed the color, and had several in the mail to me that day. That’s what I call Outstanding Customer Service!”

I found this really nice floral girl's dress on clearance, which is perfect for my great niece who lives in the tropics.
