The community here is great. The coaches are all very experienced and specialise in different things. I love the Olympic lifting classes too. There is also bootcamp, which is fun. The best thing about this gym is the people.

CrossFit 401 is truly one of a kind! As both a member and a coach, I cannot say enough incredible things about this gym. The facility is top-notch - clean, spacious, and equipped with everything a CrossFit gym needs and more, including volleyball and pickleball courts. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help members improve. Owners, Jen and Ray, go above and beyond to foster an uplifting and positive community. It’s clear that their goal is to make every workout the best hour of your day when you’re at CrossFit 401, and they absolutely succeed!

Great gym! I will say they breed Dragon warriors. You will find yourself wondering why you are producing enough sweat to fill a local pond and everyone else is warming up no sweat, heavy weights, good endurance about to fight Thanos on their lunch break. Good people

Dropped in for 3 days with Jen, Ray and their community and it was a blast. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and shown around, making us feel very comfortable from the start. The space is amazing, great energy and really fun programming. Definitely worth dropping in and supporting them or if you’re new to CF, they will take really good care of you!

As someone who had never done CrossFit before, I’m so happy to have found Crossfit 401. Their coaches have been super informative and helpful with every workout. Working out can be intimidating let alone a crossfit gym. All the members are welcoming and encouraging as well. Jen and Ray have the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to! Definitely try them out you won’t be disappointed!!

August will mark my 2nd year as a member of Crossfit 401. I am grateful for the community and encouragement offered with each workout. The programming and coaching knows no equal. I travel quite often for business and have been able to compare other Crossfit Gyms, by this I appreciate the challenging and comprehensive approach taken with Crossfit 401 to balancing our workouts with scaling options that suit this Masters body.
