As someone who had never done CrossFit before, I’m so happy to have found Crossfit 401. Their coaches have been super informative and helpful with every workout. Working out can be intimidating let alone a crossfit gym. All the members are welcoming and encouraging as well. Jen and Ray have the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to! Definitely try them out you won’t be disappointed!!

August will mark my 2nd year as a member of Crossfit 401. I am grateful for the community and encouragement offered with each workout. The programming and coaching knows no equal. I travel quite often for business and have been able to compare other Crossfit Gyms, by this I appreciate the challenging and comprehensive approach taken with Crossfit 401 to balancing our workouts with scaling options that suit this Masters body. Thank you Crossfit 401 Coaches, Jennifer, Ray and all those who I’ve had the privilege to gain inspiration from.

I have been doing crossfit at this location for several years. The community is key. There is nothing better than working out with like minded friends. Ones level of fitness is less important than ones determination. All levels encourage and support each other. Jen and Ray have continued the sense of community and always make me feel at home. The coaching philosophy is one of making sure movements are correct and, more importantly, safe. Progress comes with this excellent style of coaching. I cannot recommend crossfit 401 as a fitness facility enough.

Simply perfect! I will never forget my very first CrossFit class which was Snatch day! I had no clue what I was doing and was extremely nervous but everyone there was super kind and very supportive! Since then I’ve been coming everyday and can’t get enough! This is truly an amazing community!

Simply the best gym. The coaches and members are so welcoming and amazing. You work at your own pace and all levels/alternatives of workouts are clearly outlined. All ages, all body shapes and sizes are in attendance and make up a community of people who support and cheer each other on.
