Very upset with how much this location has gone down hill. Brought my daughter in to get running shoes and a shirt and shorts.
There was noone in shoes to help even tho there was plenty of associates walking around joking and taking breaks while walking around the store. Ended up buying sneaker that were in the self help section.
Then we found a shirt and shorts and headed to check out.
Get to check out, and there's only one line ope. and they were using it to do returns and check outs. w
Which had us waiting a ton of extra time after basically going ourselves.
Mind you , there was at least 6 associates doing absolutely nothing.
Not sure if I'll return to this location. Disappointed

Rude women employed. A kind salesman offered a free glove steaming with purchase. Two women working the desk insisted upon charging me despite what the kind sales associate had offered. Will not return to store

I don't know how the store stays in business they are very rude and dare they act like everyone is a criminal and to top it off what I ordered shoes for Christmas Adidas. One size came in eight and one in 11 there was no apologies I didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience Waste of time and money

Unsubscribed from future emails, will not set foot or spend 1 more penny there again. Worse customer service in regards to a size exchange for a birthday present I received. Plenty other businesses to shop at.

Very rude employee at the front door . Old man came right up in my face at the door and I told him I was looking for a hot plate to cook food he insisted I go to a truck stop and talked down to me like I didn’t know anything . Next time will go to a different location very disappointed

Whenever my daughters need sport equipment,DSG is our #1.Staff are super helpful and share their own experiences, making sure we get the best products.Also very clean store.

Store is wonderful, employees are all helpful. The management here is absolutely terrible. I was shopping and witnessed what appeared to be a balding man (maybe head manager) talking to employees in a very loud, rude manner, berating them and being disrespectful. If he treats his employees that way, I’m afraid for the employees as to how he treats them behind closed doors.
