store was a trashy mess, i had to wait for nearly 1/2 hr while the cashier paged the manager 5 times. When the manager finally came ( to fix a computer problem) she was rude. I wanted to grab her nose ring and rip it out.. this was greenville, RI next to stop shop may 28 730pm. ps the clerk was nice, also i am a disable 82 yr old

This store is a MESS!
It has gone from bad to worse to despicable. There are unopened boxes everywhere, unstocked shelves, merchandise mixed with other merchandise, carts standing full of boxes instead of being available for customers, unprofessional service. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. For crying out loud, hire people and get your store in order!!!

My experience was pure yuck. Bringing my own bag somehow offended the cashier?!? She scanned my items and placed them next to my bag. When she started to ring up the guy behind me I had to reach over the counter and bag my own. Yes, I did ask if I somehow offended her. I got a shrug and eye roll. BTW, she bagged the guys items in front and behind me. Nasty experience, will not repeat.

Worst experience here today, as the cashier Mikayla left her register to grab a squeaky toy out of my 5 yr old daughters hands that we were going to purchase from the store. I told both my children they could get 1 thing each, and my daughter chose a rubber chicken squeak toy...so as I'm waiting in line for over 5 minutes with 4 people in line in front of me and also 3 in back of me...my daughter had squeaked it a good I say 10 times before I asked her to stop squeeking it and she actually did stop. Then a couple more minutes go by and she squeezed it once more and the cashier screamed stop squeaking the damn toy. At this time my daughter and son had went to other isle so son could pick his item out, (i asked them later if they heard her yell and they said no) even though that isn't the right way to had gone about it if it was bother some) ,so anyway my daughter squeaked one more time, and the cashier left her register and went and approached my kids and ripped the toy from her hand and then proceeded back to the register.
Now my kids come around the corner back to me and told me what she did and said to them. So I then get out of line and approach the cashier and asked her did you really just grab her toy from her we are buying? And she said ya it's annoying her. I said ya toys can be annoying I know that and demanded she give me the chicken back as im buying it. She then proceeded to say the customers don't want to hear it either, I then told her that's too bad and she told me to leave the store. I then asked to speak to manager and she said I am the manager, so I said okay I'll be going higher up then, and maybe she should take the toys off the shelves that annoy her Then she said to leave again and don't come back to the store again or she'd call the cops. I then told my kids that were waiting at the carriage I still had in line to let's go, as she then started to say more things as we were leaving and I kept my cool but had to say a remark that nobody wants to see your disgusting hickey on your neck either, but we had too!
Then I get home tell husband the incident , he calls asks to speak to manager, the girl that picks up says there is no manager there, and asks why do you want to speak to the manager and that she's part manager now...he told her what happened and she got irate and then the cashier got on phone and got combative and hung up on him.
I do not wish this kind of experience on anyone and their children.

This dollar tree is the most cleanest well kept and fully stocked I been here in Rhode Island! My cashier Nate was friendly he greet me with a smile and ask how I was doing and if I found everything okay.

I drive a senior bus each week to this store. My residents need carriages to help them keep their balance and to carry their treasures. The store only has 2 carriages without the poles so they can't leave the store with the carriage. Some residents use the Stop and Shop carriages and they are berated by the employees for this. When a resident uses this carriage we never leave it in the store. It's so belittling to my seniors and they get visibly upset. The whole thing is ridiculous each week as that one cashier feels the need to complain every time. Today she stated when they do as much for me then they can tell me what to do. Pretty sad when the hill you want to stand on is being angry because an elderly person has the wrong carriage

Very very rude employee. Same one that was complained about on here 8 months ago and 4 months ago. Obv management doesn't care cuz she still has her jobShe refused to take me until she called me over and then when my bf was venting to ME about the wait (probably 6 or 7) she got pissed and threatened to kick us out she needs a major attitude change! So rude.

This is the best Dollar Tree around! Very well stocked, store is clean and organized. Lots of staff restocking shelves and all very friendly and helpful.

The employees are so rude and not friendly. The woman was annoyed that I asked where something was located. Nevermind the cashier who was extremely miserable. I will not be going back to this dollar store.
