I got to spend 3 hours in the parking lot waiting for the tow truck to show...not their fault though, it was the complete incompetence of my ins co. i got to make friends with some of the nice employees!!!

We're currently in the middle of redoing several of our rooms and other projects around the house. We've come to Home Depot several times just in the few days alone not including past visits and we've always left with what we needed or new ideas on what to do next. The staff are very nice. If you ask a question and someone doesn't know what the answer, they'll find you an answer before you leave. This store is very clean and very well organized. Last weekend we bough new washers and dryers and a week before that we bought a new sink for the kitchen.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. One time I went there and was completely ignored and the customer service agent didn't even acknowledge me and served 2 different people that were behind me in line. The second time I went there the customer service agent actually swore at me because they messed up an online order and when I tried to explain it to them she really said what the f*** do you want me to do about it. Go anywhere else but here. The worst Home Depot I've ever been to and I've lived all over the country

I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this store. If you have to return anything it is an absolute nightmare. The male manager I encountered was not helpful and unwilling to help except to direct me (a female) to cleaning supplies and laundry detergent.

I ordered 2 storm doors. I never received a call after the measurements were done. After 2 weeks, I called, and no one could find my information. I went to the store, after an hour, they found my measurements but it wasn’t in the computer. The associate said he would enter it into the computer and someone would call me. Again no call. After another week, I went there again, now they have the measurements and say I have to pick out doors. I go through the process again

One of my favorite stores ever. I love projects and so does my friend so we are always at this store getting the things that we need. The people are incredibly helpful and they really stand behind their products. I have gotten so many ideas from workers at this store. They really seemed to know what they are talking about. I have had issues with some items at that were very quickly and kindly dealt with. I have bought all of my kitchen cabinets for 2 houses there and that was actually a fun experience although I thought it would be tedious. I think the bottom line is that the people who work there really care about their work and that shows in the way they treat their customers.

DO NOT buy an exterior door from Home Depot. They recommended FEATHER RIVER doors to us. After spending $3,600 on a front exterior door the decorative half panel glass insert rattles when opened and closed. The problem began upon installation and ten months later we are told by Home Depot that FEATHER RIVER doesn't want to deal with problem anymore. Home Depot has no authority to make them fix the problem. We have been told everything from we are out of warranty to we are "hearing things". No initiative to figure out what is wrong. Beware a major purchase from Home Depot may leave you stranded

I am absolutely baffled at the customer support I received today. An employee literally talked back and swore to me in my face! As my fiance and I bring in our dolly full of mulch into the garden center to cash out, the "cart" attendant has carts blocking the entrance. I push the carts about 5 feet in front of me and he says (as he's standing by) "Sir. The carts are actually supposed to be there" I say "Well, I was moving them so we can cash out. You can't block the entrance." He says nothing, walks away for a second and then returns. Immediately as we cash out and walk pass him standing by the garden exit he says "Yup. The carts are supposed to be there." This man thought he could talk back to myself, and my fiance and get away with it. I wasn't going to let that happen. I immediately walk back and say "Excuse me, did you just talk back to me? I'm the customer. Now I'm going to go grab your manager and see what you have to say to him." He follows up with "Go right ahead"I grabbed the manager and told him what happened. He said he'd talk to the employee and take appropriate action. I was fine with that and walked back out to the parking lot (passing the cart attendant yet again but this time he said nothing). As I go and load the mulch into the car, the has the NERVE to yell something across the parking lot to us. I was like "YEAH, I SEE YOU OVER THERE" or something of the sort. He seriously wanted to fight me for pushing the cart line in order to get into the store. I immediately walked back into the store and waited for the manager to come back to the service desk. As i'm waiting, the cart attendant comes into the store and gets all up in my face. The service desk employee needed to tell him to relax and take a break. I immediately walk towards the manager and tell him that the man continued to yell at us in the parking lot. He said "I'm going to fire him" and took the cart attendant to his office. I am hoping that this guy no longer is employed by Home Depot after today. Talking back to customers isn't acceptable. Especially when they did nothing wrong. The fact that this man decided to not only talk back to us once, but 3 times in an aggressive manner means we won't be returning to this home depot at all.

I am now waiting 45 minutes to have 2 blind cut because there are 2 people capable who are with other people. Ridiculous. This place sucks.

This location is the best! They carry everything and the staff is super friendly! I have attempted other locations but always end up back here. I started out very naí¯ve when I bought my house but with the help of the employees I feel very confident to take on new challenges as a home owner

an elderly family member ordered a table online to have shipped to store she received an email that it was on its way in on the email it said it was available she sent the email to me I checked the tracking and it said it was at the store I went to the store and they said it won't be available till the fifth it was there but it wasn't available I think the email needs to be more clear saying when it's available when it to when it's actually available it was a wasted trip.
