Excellent experience with J’s… our washer machine died after 10 years and we needed a new one right away. Store is beautiful. Associate (Charles?) showed us all the models they had and gave suggestions based on what we had, what we needed, and size limitations. Squeezed us in for delivery 2 days later even though they were busy. Installers were professional and neat. Very pleased! Will return

This is the 2nd time we have purchased from Jo’s Broadway Appliance. They are friendly, courteous and very informative. We shopped around and they gave us great prices. Deliver set up was easy and they called the day before to provide us a time within 2 hours which we very much appreciated. They arrived on time and installation was excellent. Purchased a double electric wall oven after having a single gas wall oven for years. Once they walked us through the steps to convert we used J’s carpenter to widen our existing cabinetry and after we had the gas disconnected and elective put in, J’s men installed our beautiful oven! I’m so happy with how the process went!

20 years Ago, 2005, I went to see Joe,Sr. And I purchased all my GE Monogram Appliances from J’s Broadway Appliance to move into my brand new house. Everything including built in fridge, high end Range, dishwasher, vent stove hood, and wine cooler. They have with stood the test of time!!
This past month, after all these years, my refrigerator finally needed to be replaced.
I immediately went to J’ Broadway appliance and was greeted by Joe Jr. who helped me purchase the next generation GE built in fridge. It was quick and simple. With in 2 weeks the old fridge was expertly removed and replaced with the gorgeous brand new GE Profile! Absolutely Amazing!
I would never go any where else for All of my appliances! Five stars is not enough for the personal welcoming experience!

J’s was recommended to me by my father after he recently purchased ovens through them. Joe Jr. offered a price that was a few hundred dollars less than competitors across the board without any haggling! He even had the refrigerator delivered and installed within two days! The installers provided timelines and updated ETA’s, were professional, polite, and efficient! They even vacuumed the space and removed all packaging from my house. I am very pleased with my experience and would absolutely recommend J’s Broadway Appliances to anyone in need!

Can't say enough good things about this business! After shopping the big box stores and other local appliance stores we purchased 4 kitchen appliances from J's Broadway at a savings of about 10%, and a hefty manufacturer rebate to boot! The big box stores didn't say anything about a rebate...
Our sales person (Charles) was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase, the delivery, and with after delivery help.
I highly recommend them!
