Always a great experience at LOFT in Smithfield. Stephanie and the rest of the staff are so helpful in finding exactly what you're looking for. Everyone is so kind. I was assisted yesterday by Barbara, she has helped me a few times, I love her up beat and happy personality, it truly shows she cares about the store and her clients.

The service at the register at The Lift was awesome. There were two women working there and one of them was quoting Stallone or Schwarzenegger and I asked her to repeat the quote. From there the 3 of us stated talking about tv shows and it was just really nice. Very friendly and the way shopping at the holidays should be.

My least favorite loft in RI, I would rather drive out of my way and go to the one in Cranston. The cashier Emma was racist and rude. Felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there.

There are other comments commenting about the staff being "snooty" and not welcoming. I absolutely agree with them. I'm never greeted when I step into this location. Never.
