Evan was so very helpful on assisting me find the mattress that would fit me by being patient, knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt once that I was being pressured to buy something I wasn’t comfortable with. A month ago I had purchased a Tempur-LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid 13” Mattress King Prime along with the Tempur-Ergo 3.0 adjustable base, mattress protector, sheets and pillows. I LOVE IT!!! One of the best investments to make. Thank you Evan!

I had a good experience at Mattress Firm in Smithfield, RI. Evan was great. He was friendly and helpful. He did not pressure me in a mattress. He explained about the mattresses and answered all questions I had.
Mattress Firm has a great trying period to return the mattress for another one and a great warranty program. I recommend Mattress Firm and especially Evan at the Smithfield location for you next mattress purchase.
