The crew arrived on schedule. The driveway was sealcoated and the cracks were filled and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Nu-Look Seal Coating and would use again without hesitation. Thank you.....very pleased!

This Lady Kathy was very rude, bold, and very impolite when trying to cancel the services she had already made with me. She stated she would have to reschedule me to next spring because they were too busy to do my driveway at this point. I was not happy and stated I did not like where this conversation was going. She swore at me and hung up on me. I would never use this company for anything ever again !This was unexpectable behavior and I refuse to be spoken to in that manner as a consumer !!!!!!

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company to anyone. We had our driveway paved in November 2017 and have been left with a crumbling mess. The end of my driveway seems to be crumbling each and every day. We will soon be left with a very large pothole. The entire driveway is soft, it never really hardened up. It's been almost a year and still scuffs very easy. We even paid extra to have road top for extra durability. My husband has called Nu-Look several times.He finally received a call back from Fred, who was supposed to come and check out the problem. Fred never came by or called us. When you are spending this much money you expect better service.

I asked for a quote for a heavy duty driveway that could stand up to heavy trucks. What I got was a substandard job and broken promises. This asphalt never got hard. The day after it was applied, a worker with NU LOOK scarred it all up with the skid steer. David Harris came a looked at the damage and promised to do a free seal coating after it cured properly. That was the last time he ever answered his cell. I left numerous messages with his office which he never responded to. This driveway stayed soft for years. My wife has a Kia Rio which is a tiny car. We parked it on the driveway two days after and it sunk into the asphalt a half inch. I had to make sure my pickup was moving while turning the steering wheel or it would scrub a hole every time. I wondered why it was not getting hard so I went over to a new driveway that Dunkin Donuts put down to compare. I could sit in my truck and turn the wheel back and forth without leaving a mark. This is what I thought I spent over 10 thousand dollars for. I should have done more research. The BBB initially pulled NU LOOK's A rating when they wouldn't respond to my complaint but guess what, it goes back to a A after a year. For years after the installation, I could push my finger into the driveway on a hot summer day. Stay away from this company.

This company flat out refused to provide services for us due to a conflict with our contractor. Would not respond to any phone calls despite us offering to pay directly. Unfortunely the only people that lost were the innocent homeowner. Quite frankly it's disgusting and unprofessional to deny services due to some personal conflict with a 3rd party. ?

I called nu look sealcoat for a free estimate. They were able to do the estimate the same day. I talked with Chelsea on the phone to confirm my appointment. She was very polite and professional. I came home from work today to my driveway looking brand new. Nice work guys today on one of the hottest days of the year. You have a customer for life. Nice work guys!!! And thanks again. Over here on terrace drive!!

Not sure what this other guy that rated this outstanding company with a 1 on YELP is talking about? Our experience with NuLook Driveways was one of fantastic business planning, execution, (even taught us a few things), and exceptional workmanship! The owner was present on all days for all aspects of the 20x50 foot concrete patio pour in the rear yard, our extended porch steps (that he lowered the height on for easier walking up and down), our driveway is gorgeous, our 48x4 walkway from front to rear on the side of the house is so awesome! This guy doesn't even say what work was performed for hm? I think it' a bogus YELP! NULOOK DRIVEWAYS ROCKS!!! I had a terrible experience in the past with another company in town and this man and his crew are by far the most professional out there! The NuLook product in fact lives up to more than what we even imagined it would...a friend of ours unknowingly leaked about a one foot in diameter of oil on it and we almost lost our minds until we simply grabbed some warm water and watched it just wash the oil down the driveway!!! It was a truly amazing performance by this product!
