This is three days after I got a gel manicure here. Usually my manicures last at least two weeks. I was very disappointed in my experience. Immediately upon leaving I noticed bumps in my manicure, and it started chipping the next day. I had asked for an ombre (which I’ve seen in several photos in their review reviews) and that was told that they could not do it. I also felt rushed to pick a color. This is one of the worst manicures I’ve gotten. I will say that my experience would have been vastly different if somebody else did my nails here. Will not return.

All I have to say is RUN. I get dip regularly, not at this location. When I got to Oasis they didn't wrap my nails to remove the dip... they slid a metro card between my real nail and the dip overlay, you read that right a metro card. Mind you they told me it would cost me $5 for the removal, which has to be done in order to put new dip on. I really should have left as soon as I saw the metro card but I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. I tried their gel overlay nail extensions per their recommendation, they lifted after a week. Overall with unsanitary practices and their cheap products I wont be back.

I stopped in to pick up a gift card for my wife as a Christmas gift. I am considering not giving her the card and eating the $50. The place smelled awful, the second I walked in my stomach turned to the point where I almost got sick. I also got an instant headache. I have never smelled anything that bad, I should have just left.

This is the second time I went to oasis and I had two broken nails within a week. The last time I want somewhere else and paid for a full fill one week after my nails were done this time I broke two nails one week after they were done, I went back to the same place to have those two nails fixed. He charged me $10, Not home an hour, and another nail broke. I’ll never go there again.

They took me right away & very close to closing. I hate doing this to people but it was super last minute. They did a great job & accommodated me. They even did a callous removal (which i paid for but it took more time.) Glad i gave them my business. Place is super clean and they have lots of color options!

This is our favorite nail salon in town. The service is great! The design is awesome and last for a long time! Both my kids love to come here!

Been going here since they opened years ago. Very clean, great massage chairs and customer focused. Only down side is cash only tip and I never have cash.

Good work , but no matching sets . They have gel but no matching regular polish for toes . I found somewhere else for less money , with matching sets . Also not good with cuticles. Barely touched .

Have gotten manicures here several times. It's very clean, and the staff is professional. They have accommodated me for walk in appointments, but I would suggest making an appointment if you want to get your nails done on the weekend.

Did powder and all cracked less than a week and went back to fix my nails and they fixed but put the wrong color . Never go back to that place again ?

The service and quality just isn't there anymore. This place has gone down hill. Full pedicure in less than 30 minutes. I'm not a terribly demanding customer, but I don't want to feel rushed or like someone is just going through the motions. She never cleaned under my nails. Massage was merely rubbing lotion on my legs even after I asked her to use more pressure. I paid extra for the callus remover and I had to ask twice for her to slough more off. I should've known something wasn't right when there wasn't one single customer there at 2pm on a Friday. I wont be back. I guess my consolation prize was the complimentary lollipop.

I had my nails done on Sunday, and unfortunately by Wednesday three of the gel nail polishes had peeled off completely. I called the salon and they said I could come down and fix it which was all well and good. But unfortunately I live an hour and a half away and don't make it to Smithfield very often. I asked if there was any way they could do a credit for next time and they said no they would only give me one day to fix it and then hung up on me.
I won't be back. They didn't offer a refund or a chance to fix it in the future when I told them I couldn't come down within 24 hours.
