If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently had my first visit and it will most certainly be my last. Everything was fine until I saw the NP and she was rude, and told me that she had only 10 minutes with me and there was nothing she could do there for me at that facility. Zero compassion, plus she refused to listen to me. Do yourself a favor and make an emergency appointment with your PCP, go to another Urgent Care, or the ER if you need to. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Today I went in for ear pain and a possible sinus infection. The PA-never saw a doctor- said both of my ears were filled with fluid, red, and swollen, but were not infected. I asked her why I had so much face pain and pain in my teeth. She said I have a cold and to go home and rest. Didn't run any tests and asked me if I needed anything else and left the room. I will never return there again. Lifespan is 100% better.

Went to Smithfield Urgent Care 3 times within 3 weeks for an ear blockage and ear infection. They couldn’t even fix this elementary issue. The first visit I was given an antibiotic. Didn’t work. Second time I was given ear drops for a blocked ear. Drops couldn’t even enter ear canal , it was blocked. Third time I was told after arriving at 4:30, when they close at 6, they weren’t taking any more people. They don’t seem to have a problem taking my money but cannot cure simple ear infection!Don’t go to this facility , they take your money and don’t help with the issue at hand. And the facility doesn’t mandate masks even tho the waiting room was full.

This is the worst medical facility I've ever been to in my life. The people behind the desk are ridiculously, rude and miserable. They don't even have doctors and the physician assistants or nurses have the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced in my life. The absolute worst place. I only have ever gone there because it's close to my house and I regret it every single time.

Why don’t they close this urgent care down for good? Place is useless, I went there several years ago, they drew blood and when I called to get results, they said I was mistaken, cause they had no record of me being there, yet charged me $30.00 co pay? Place has not changed in many years? They need to close down and change name and get new help and front desk people? Bunch rejects! Close down you only got 2.3 stars and place sucks? Rather die than go there? They are idiots? Go atmed in Johnston or one in Lincoln? Like Fatima use to be great Hospital, now it sucks ?

Very nice staff made the whole process easy and efficient. which is great when you’re not feeling well. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen and the prescriptions were filled and ready before I got home.

Great services for walk- in for chest X-rays and meds. Received test results rapidly and staff was organized and efficient. Nurses, NP, and rad tech were all so sweet. Was offered to participate in a research program for Covid at the site and received an Amex gift card! Also received mucinex samples. Great location for walk- in services.

The staff there is very nasty. No compassion towards patients in pain. All they care is about money and billing, rather then getting patients in the system and seen by medical professionals. They called the police on me because I asked them respectfully to move this a little faster. Do not go here. Guess this is why they only have 2 stars.

Don’t bother wasting your time going into this urgent. Even to call to ask if they do a certain test, you can’t get a straight answer. The receptionist is so rude, it will turn you away before you even enter the building. If I could give a zero star review that’s what I would give.

Imagine bringing your 5 year old here with a fever over 103. Then they tell you it’s a common cold but to watch out of hand foot and mouth because her hands were pink … yeah they’re pink bc she’s sweating from a fever. Her whole body is red. Best part is, we went to Hasbro. She has pneumonia. What idiots. Don’t go here. Hand foot and mouth is blistered skin. How do you confused that with PNA. LIKE HELLLO? Where did you get your degree ……..?

Showed up at 5:10 pm, when they close at 6 pm. Was told they have reached capacity and was turn away. This is the second time this has happened at the same location over the past year. Non-reliable

I took my daughter there today at 5pm for a sick visit. She was diagnosed and put on an antibiotic. I was told they would call in the prescription. My husband went to pick up the prescription at the pharmacy two hours later & was told by the pharmacist at CVS there was nothing there for us. Now, it is after hours and this urgent care is close so I can't get my daughter's prescription. She's going back to college early tomorrow morning so I needed the prescription today, and this is why I went to an urgent care instead if her regular doctor's office. I then called the urgent care's "after hours" phone number and explained my situation to the gentleman who answered the phone, but he informed me he couldn't help me and I would have to call back tomorrow morning & hung up on me! He didn't try to help me at all and told me if I spoke to any doctor that I would have to pay an additional fee. Why? They made the mistake there. Also he said he needed the doctor's name we saw but I explained that I didn't know her name since it was a walk-in and it was the first time I met her. That's when he told me to "have a nice evening" & hung up on me. I will say, the nurse, doctor or doctor's assistant & woman at the front desk were very nice, but unfortunately I was not able to be helped!

Had to take my son there last night it was close to 5:30pm so they were closing soon. I hate to go late but he was coughing for a few days and seemed to be a little warm so I figured let's go before we have to go to ER in the middle of the night. The staff was so nice. They did all the swabs to make sure it wasn't strep, covid, flu. The nurse that did swabs did awesome quick and gentle. And the NP Janet she went above an beyond. Looking meds up to make sure they were safe to take with them med my son is on. Even though I said it's ok I'll check with pharmacist she was like no ill check. We actually had her the last time we went there and she was AMAZING that time to. Thank you to the team.

I came in with a soar throat and a runny nose and feeling kind of feverish. The woman at the front desk Robin was so friendly despite being the only person checking people in and it being busy. I appreciate that because other urgent cares I've been to are known for not being friendly and that's the last thing you want to deal with when you're not feeling well. The wait was reasonable for how busy it was. Other staff were friendly as well. Definitely my urgent care of choice.

Billing practices are disgraceful. According to our insurance provider they can only charge 10$ per visit, yet we’ve been charged 30$ each visit! We’ve been double billed on two occasions and have paid 120$ more than what we should have to this point. Our insurance company is now fighting for our money back from. This practice is a disgrace.Oh and I don’t want to forget about the time where my son was seen and they sent over a prescription to the pharmacy yet when I went to the pharmacy they hadn’t received anything …..4 hours after his visit. When I went back to urgent care at 5:15 the doors were locked and the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders saying they were closed. I had to knock on the door until a nurse came to ask what the problem was….uh you never sent my son’s prescription in. Unless you’ve got no place else to go avoid this facility at all costs.
