I love Old Navy, especially for kids. They grow so fast and buying something at Old Navy means value ! I found this really nice floral girl's dress on clearance, which is perfect for my great niece who lives in the tropics. The store has a nice selection of sale and clearance items...the checkout process is not bad, just have to stand in line and wait for the next available cashier.
