Getting anything regarding information on your loan such a title for transfer between states will run you through a circus. Needeless and borderline reckless negligence on their part will cause you issues, stay far away.

I've been a customer for a few years now and am happy with their service. Usually quick in and out when I do need to go in person. Always someone there when you have an account problem or need to solve any issues and they are resolved quickly. Plenty of parking, but this location on busy route 44 can be tough getting in and out at busy times. There is location close by in North Providence on Miserable Springs Ave. My only issue is that this is a Ri based credit union and access to their ATM's is limited. So expect a fee if you're using other ATM's.

Debra Boory went above and beyond to help me with a car loan mistake that I had made with automated withdrawals.I know that she went beyond her scope of responsibility, because I went to the same Coastal on the following day and was told I needed to handle the report to the credit department on my own.Debra- I hope you read this, As well as your supervisors. Employees should treat customers as you handled me, you sincerely made me feel like I would want to come back and be a customer at your bank. Thank you. You made my situation and day a whole lot better!I hope you get some recognition!

One of the worst, inflexible, most convoluted banks I’ve ever dealt with…nearly everything is more difficult there than with other banks

Customer Service has gone down hill. When I first joined they were so helpful to their customers. They were community friendly. Now even depositing a 25 dollar check has become as hassle. No matter how you bank, you can’t bank right per their management. They really treat you like you are beneath them. I’d recommend Navigant or Bristol which is down the street.

Go in, take a hard left and all the way to your left is a door wear a very horrible person will walk you through a long, bureaucratic, unbelievably horrendous process of being let down...WITH LIES. The woman took all of my information for my business and asked if I brought the State's incorporation documents with me. She assured me she could see it online, but wanted to match the information. Further into the b.s., she came across a checksystems payment from Citizens Bank, where I used to bank. The woman told me that I needed to call Citizen's Bank and have them remove the 'negative item' from checksystems. I did so, in the parking lot. Citizens Bank told me the woman had discretion to approve my account with the credit union, and the information on checksystems is only showing as 'settled' instead of 'paid', which is just fine with Citizens Bank. He again reminded me that the woman gave me false information, but used her DISCRETION to deny my account. All in all, I should have known when she asked if I had 'copies of the State Incorporation documents' so she could 'match it' with what she has online. Needless to say, I walked into the office with the Citizens Bank person on the speaker phone, who reiterated what he said. Before the woman could answer, I put my hand up and said, 'no problem, ma'am. You used your DISCRETION. Thanks. Then i walked out of that place like a bat out of hell. DO NOT BANK HERE! DO NOT JOIN THIS CREDIT UNION! IT IS A TRAIN WRECK WAITING TO HAPPEN! #bs

I don't belong to this bank, but I use this bank sometimes and I've only had great experiences at this bank. They never have a huge line inside, so I'm always in and out. The employees are always so nice, and work with you very quickly, which I appreciate. They seem very sincere and this is why I keep coming back to this specific location. Even their drive through flows very fast and it's never backed up. The only issue I have is the location its so hard to get in and out this place. But otherwise I recommend this location. I might even consider changing my bank to this one.
