Dr Doolittle and her entire team are simply amazing human beings! They really value you and your fur baby as clients and take the time to address any and all concerns. Dr Doolittles approach to health and healing is so special and my dog really feels comfortable during our appointments with her, something he usually has anxiety about when visiting a vet office. Her wellness plans have really helped my dogs energy levels and road to healing. We really look forward to our appointments with her, she’s the sweetest soul! I can’t recommend her enough ❤️

I would like to address Ariel Dong's "emotional stress" as a pet owner. In Ms. Dong's own words, "I cannot express the tremendous emotional stress this has taken on me, as a pet parent who needed HELP for her pets." I have to suggest as a fellow "pet parent", dear Ariel, you could have actually taken the time to bring your pets to their appointment; not only considering your "emotional stress", but mainly considering your immediate concern for your pet's health (perish the thought I mention you commandeering the schedule of a conscientious, sought-after vet trying to run her business). It seems your complaint is more about your personal "emotional stress" than it is about your "emotional stress" concerning caring for your pets. It strikes me that you now "actually have the time" to write a negative Google review when a person chooses not to put up with your meshugas. You are complaining about the person who went out of her way to help you. Dr. Doolittle & her staff care about people and their pets. She spent her personal time with you on the phone listening to you and addressing your concerns weeks before your initial appointment. She was concerned for you and your pet's welfare. Her recommendation healed your pet's ailing! You should be thanking her. She moved her client's schedules around to accommodate you on three occasions. Again, you should be thanking her. But no, you seem to think throwing money at her for missed appointments is what she cares about? Do you understand those missed appointments could have been helping other people's pets??? That is what Dr. Doolittle cares about. Helping animals. And unfortunately, she had to take even more time away from that care to write the facts about what actually transpired concerning your complaints. My dog has been in her care for two years. She has done wonders to help her. She is dedicated. She cannot help your pets if you do not show up. As well, she cannot help other people's pets if you waste her time by not showing up.

Dr Doolittle refused to reschedule an appointment with my cats who are ill after i had missed my first appointment with her by accident. Despite multiple emails expressing my apologies, and even offering to pay extra for the inconvenience, she was *unwilling* to reschedule us, not because she was unavailable. Mind you, she even refused to put us on the waitlist when I offered that as a possibility. She insisted to "find another holistic vet", even after I had explained that other vets she suggested are 2 hours away from where I live, and my cats would not be able to cope with such a long travel time. I cannot express the tremendous emotional stress this has taken on me, as a pet parent who needed HELP for her pets. I truly thought this place could offer the holistic care my cats needed, and yet this is the attitude that Dr Doolittle showed me.

Well, This is what I'll say, you can draw your own conclusions. I have had dogs all my life , they are part of my family (I currently have 6). When one of my 5 year old Morkies started with a bloated stomach, I rushed her to Ocean State. They did multiple tests and determined she has cancer in 4 places. They highly suggested to put her down and only gave her 4 weeks to live. I refused, they stated there was no way to do any treatment because of her weakened state. Chemo was not an option, they said it was passed that and she wouldn't survive. I took her home, bringing her back every other day to have her belly drained. She grew weaker by the day and could no longer stand and could barely move. I took her to 2 more vets with the same result, you must put her down, they didn't believe she was in pain but she was deteriorating quickly. I wasn't hearing it, that to me was not an option! I researched holistic vets hoping for another solution. I made an appointment with Dr. Doolittle, I may not know or understand the process...BUT what I can say is, at her request, I changed to all natural cleaning products, cooking her organic meals, and adding in every supplement that was suggested. Every week I saw improvements, after the first week I no longer had to have her belly drained, it was going back to normal. She was alert and back to walking, It was like a different dog!!At her request I took Bella back to Ocean State, she was now eligible for the chemo, they couldn't believe it was the same dog! She went through chemo with flying colors, I continued all my holistic treatments also. At the end of her treatments she was cancer free! That was 2 years ago!!!! Another check up the other day,, still cancer free!!! They can't believe it!! Thank God I didn't put her down!! I continue with all the suggestions to this day and my Bella is here as proof that it worked!! Thank you Dr. Dolittle and your entire staff!!!

Dr. Doolittle is absolutely the best! I have been searching for a true authentic holistic vet. Thanks to @April Starvos, I was introduced to Dr. Doolittle. Wow! Thank you, April! Dr. Doolittle is the best. Totally on the same page as me! Both Mila and I love her and on a scale of 1 to 5, she is a 10!

We love our animals, that is why we have them. They are our eternal children. They will never grow up, move out, cook you dinner. So we take care of them, forever as best we can. But we don’t know what we don’t know & frankly the amount of disease within our beloved pets un nerves me. So I went a step further & sought out a totally holistic solution thru a veterinarian who also said enough ! I am serving clients differently. No chemicals!

my gut feeling is that she made her name up and may be living a double life. she’s the pat robertson of vets. she pretty much makes up stuff like some type of magical wizard. if you interrupt her during her magic wizard spell, the tech will gaze at you a deadly stare. “do not disturb the dr while shes doing her reading!”, she will say. a real cult like feel to the joint. i think she loves the feel of the wind in her hair as she drives her convertible mercedes to the bank w your cash and puppy dog tears

My dog was born on dead dog beach in Puerto Rico. She had a number of problems. Dr. D fixed her diet and has has her on a regime of holistic meds. She has come a long way in a relatively short time and without drugs that have side effects. She is trim and happy and healthy. Her staff is made up of the most kind and caring individuals ever. One on one attention as if you were the only patient. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. D and her staff.

Very caring and knowledgeable holistic veterinarian, my dog has congestive heart failure and following her supplement guidelines, he has had no further disease progression in over a year vs a neighbor whose same size/age dog was also diagnosed with CHF a year ago, on the same medications, who died of a heart attack a few months ago... if you want your dogs to be the healthiest and happiest and have the best life they can then Sharon Doolittle DVM is a must
