Went to the UPS store in the plaza. Extremely helpful employees. I needed to print a file and have important paperwork notorized. They made it a breeze!

There used to be a trading card store in this plaza roughly 20 years ago, I think about it every time I'm here. The plaza is clean, well maintained, and brightly lit. All the stores are clean and also well maintained.

Smithfield Commons is a 35,130 sf shopping center located at the signalized intersection of Route 44 (Putnam Pike, exit 7 on I–295) and Route 5 (Sanderson Road and Cedar Swamp Road) in Smithfield, RI. The center is located 2/3 mile west of the Smithfield Crossing power center at the base of the I–295, exit 7. The property consists of three buildings: a strip center with Starbucks, Sprint, Siena Restaurant, Ocean State Urgent Care, H&R Block, Top Cleaners, The UPS Store, Tin Tsin Restaurant and two pad sites occupied by Santander Consumer Bank and Papa Gino's. There is one 4,022 sf space for lease.
