Not a bad place at all, but let down by a terrible manager who, in his own words claims, "I DON'T Have To Communicate."Since everything in life is Relationship, and Communication what enables it, you can imagine what kind of service this facility provides with this kind of management. If you can, I recommend you find a facility that has intelligent, competent management. You won't find it here, though some of the very nice employees who work here are also let down by manager Ashvi, for whom, with such an attitude, nothing but firing him and finding a competent replacement will solve the significant problems that persist.

My spouse and I were in town for a few nights for our son's graduation from Bryant University. The front desk and management could not have been nicer and more accommodating - from the very first time I contacted them in October 2022 to make the reservation. I spoke with them through the year to check on the reservation and they were so very nice. Once we arrived, they were very helpful. Everything has been excellent, and we really appreciated our stay!Rooms: We had a king-sized bed and the room was quite large. Everything was very nice.Nearby activities: Close to Bryant University, and close to restaurants.

It's not the Marriott or The Hilton. But it's clean, the rooms are nice. The employees are friendly and it has a good breakfast for you in the morning.

We stayed her overnight 8/20/22 with 2 adults and 2 kids, I can’t for the life of me understand why this hotel gets such a bad review?? We had a great time, the staff is so friendly and they absolutely love kids!! The room was clean and efficient with a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave, the staff was so accommodating allowing us early check in and Late check out so the kids could use the pool longer.. they even provide towels at the pool side! It was a wonderful experience and our kids can’t wait for their next overnight stay to use the pool!! And enjoy the free hot breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again and absolutely loved the staff. Thank you for our overnight getaway to beat the heat!! And at such a great price too.. xo Stacy

This place is great. Super clean, super quiet, pet friendly, huge grounds to walk around if you want. The outer doors are key card locked. There's a pool (closed for the season when we were there but it looked fine). Also there is a target like 4 minutes away (by car) which is great. Waffle maker at breakfast was the cherry on top. We even used the pull out couch for the toddler and she loved having the couch transform for her.

The stay was terrible. The free breakfast was horrible, no milk, runny eggs, limited choices of cereals, no bacon. Front desk was rude, had to plunge my own clogged toilet, mirror fell off the wall, (was charged a ridiculous amount for the broken frame). Told one price for the room by one employee, charge significantly more by another. Found bugs in the bathroom on the last night. Rooms were extremely hot, had to run the a/c at all times, which stopped working several times. I do not recommend staying here to anyone. Horrible place to stay.

First room I checked into hadn't hadn't been cleaned after previous guest so I asked for second room. Second room was pretty gross. Do not recommend staying here, ended up canceling a future reservation (business trips). Pictures explain for themselves...

Stayed here once when my son graduated. Surely not a "high end hotel", but it was clean, breakfast was good and priced fair. The staff was helpful/good/efficient, etc. I would stay there again, but not anything amazing type of place for me.

Worst experience ever, left befor finishing a stay. Found so many bugs. So sad with custermer service at front desk. We should've got our refund not a free stay. We dont want to stay. Major health safety concerns ! Be caredul and wash everything if you do brave a stay ! So sickening. Im spreading the word everywhere! I would select no stars if I could. Yet to leave a comment you need to. So very disgusted.

***Don't be fooled. This motel is named SureStay Plus, but the address is the same and the pictures on Hotels.com are the same from when it was called All Seasons Inn & Suites. I hope that changing the name means other changes will be made too. I don't recommend staying here. Below is my original review from late summer, 2021 when the business was called All Seasons Inn & Suites.***The 2 stars are for the super comfy bed and the lovely housekeeping staff. But everything else was seriously lacking and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless everything else in Smithfield is booked and you have to, which is how I ended up here. It was about $150/night, which is waaaay overpriced. It's really more like an $89/night motel, and that's generous- the kind of place you'd expect to find just off some scary highway in a horror movie. Chair and couch w mystery stains on them? Check! Pillows that didn't fit the bed size and were constantly falling behind the headboard so you'd hot your head when you wanted to lean back? Check! A toilet that was installed incorrectly so it was at an uncomfortable angle, cigarette burn stain on toilet, peeling paint on the walls, and halls that reeked of marijuana most evenings? Check check check check! The parking lot is huge but not well lit at all, and there's no security guard outside. And the lobby smelled funny, although the guy who worked there was pleasant enough. The worst part is that the security door that should have been locked wasn't. Anybody could've gotten into the hotel. Luckily the door on my specific room worked and it had a deadbolt so I felt pretty safe, but still! Definitely not the safest place in town, and honestly that seems like a major violation for a hotel. I was nervous when I had to go out at night. It's called 'Inn and Suites,' but where were the suites, and why didn't they give me one since the place was nowhere near ful?! Or if my room is what they consider a suite I'm scared to know what a regular room is like. But the housekeeping staff was very nice and attentive and I appreciated that they cleaned my shower every day, made the bed, and gave me fresh towels. The shower was nice too- good water pressure. But even with that- would I stay here again? Nope!

The bed and room were very comfortable. The hallways have a pungent odor that I couldn't place which was unnerving. No breakfast in the morning (really sick of hotels using Covid 19 as an excuse for this).

My friend went to this hotel last night. Pool and jacuzzi closed. She walked into the room chemical smell so bad she had a severe allergy attack trouble breathing, went to the desk for a refund, they tried to switch her room and the room had new carpet installed and was just as toxic as the first room. They said the manager wasn't there they couldn't refund her. Called hotels.com and then they called this hotel personally to get the refund and they wouldn't answer the phone, then hotel.com emailed them as I am in the lobby they said they can't open it and refund me my money. After this non stop back and forth between hotels.com and the hotel I was refunded only one night even though I wasn't in the hotel room more than 5 minutes. Hotels.com gave me a coupon for one night at a different hotel which was great but this terrible hotel did not refund me 134$ for the 5 minutes I was in the room. Staff was rude. Called the cops to have me leave the parking lot as I waited for hotel.com to get in touch with them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Their behavior is very unprofessional and on their website it doesn't say pool is closed and hotel is under construction.
