Brandon and Shawn were awesome we came in like an hour and a half before close and got new phones and set up new services. We ended up there past close which we felt so bad about we thought we had enough time but didn’t and they were so cool we just talked and they were very very helpful answered all our questions and super professional and kind. That store is lucky to have them both, thanks guys we appreciate it!

Employees are not friendly. It always seems like I am inconveniencing them by coming into the store to buy a new phone or products.

This location is very busy. I had call a head for a phone to put on hold. Im glad I came to this location. The staff here is very nice and helpful. They are on point and they want you to have the best experience. They don't want to sell you anything you don't need. I would def recommend it. I would recommend it then any T mobile.

I had an issue with getting a phone witch required me to go to 3 different times. The staff said I was allset to come in but I wasn't. I wasn't rude because things happen. And I was happy with the women that helped me she was very kind. She offered to credit my bill for the month witch I thought was very nice and really helped the situation... well today I got my bill and I owe 280 and the manager tells me we only were crediting you 40 dollars. Witch is complete bull****. I am extremely disappointed with them breaking thier word after being with them for 7 years I'm looking for new coverage.

Some of the workers here are very lazy and unwilling to help. I was instructed to return a device to this location and when I arrived there were two girls working inside. One was on her phone and the other resting her head on the table taking a nap. They refused to take my return and flat out lied to me saying they were not able to. I had to reach out to the higher ups who confirmed for me that they were supposed to take the device. They only agreed to take the device as they should have initially when the representative I spoke to contacted their manager personally to correct this issue for me. The manager confirmed the employee should've taken my return and assured me if I return to the store they will complete my return.

Guy named Christopher rudely laughed out loud in my face when I asked what NF was then made a comment about me not needing to keep my texts I asked him to transfer to my new phone because "you probably just have a group chat with your friends sending gifs and writing lol" which was extremely rude and personal as to why I chose to keep texts from beyond 6 months ago. Very unprofessional and I was delt with as if I was a child when I am a full grown adult.

Update: they have responded hoping I'd give another chance to provide better service. What a joke!!!! Primary plan holder is in the hospital, no way to access the account. They literally do not care! The advice given was to get power of attorney over this person, or simply pay for a new plan and new phone. They had zero problem taking my money last month. Worst service I have ever had hands down. Stay far far away. All of that money to get a new phone for nothing. Two months in and I have literally no options but to find service elsewhere. Thanks for taking my money and telling me to basically s***w.Came in today for new iPhones and absolutely could not get and answer on prices and deals for starting new service plans. Questions couldn't be answered until after things were already applied to the final bill. We were charged $100 for two screen protectors that we couldn't get an answer on price until after they were open and on our phones. They cost literally $4 anywhere else!! We were told chargers were not included with our phones, so we paid another $40. They came with chargers!!! We were charged $40 for converter bricks! We already have them and again, these items cost less than $5 anywhere else!! Literally doubled our bill today for absolutely no reason. We were directly lied to, tricked into buying things we didn't need, and charged for things we couldn't give back without being told how much they were even though we asked how much things were every step of the way. We came in knowing what we wanted and it took literally 2 hours to set up 2 phones, and spent legitimately twice as much as we should have due to either shady or incompetent sales tactics. Whether it was deliberate or the latter, this really is not acceptable. The only saving grace is we like our phones, nothing to do with the company, and that the staff were friendly. We were more than willing to pay for what we actually wanted/needed, there was no need to rip us off on top of it.

Purchased a new Apple 13 phone from this location. Received a text the next day thanking me for buying the insurance plan. I did not buy the insurance plan, the guy never asked me, and just put the Insurance plan on my bill. Called the Corporate HQ to make them aware, they took the malicious charge off of my bill and credited me $10.00.Beware of this location, their employees add insurance w/o telling you to increase their commission income. They also need customer service training on how to treat customers.
