“North Providence Collision Center went above and beyond in every way possible. My insurance company did not make things easy for them, or for me. Rather than take it out on me, NPCC took VERY GOOD care of me. They went out of their way to NOT leave me High and Dry.

“I can't possibly overstate how fantastic my experience was with this business owner. I had a flat tire on Sunday and while changing the tire on my car, the jack collapsed. Anthony helped me on his own time, to solve the problem. He also told me to swing by the shop to make sure the tire was safely mounted. There was an issue with the rotor cover that I didn't notice until after I drove off on Sunday and it was a very loud noise from contact with the rotor. I took it to the shop today and it was fixed almost immediately. He wouldn't even take a payment. Obviously don't expect free work from the business owner, but how incredibly helpful and trustworthy this guy is speaks to the value of doing business there. I need some minor repairs to my car that I will surely have done there”

“Just picked up my son car as it was towed there after accident. They charge credit card fee of 3 percent but when you call they don’t tell you that. They did offer to stay and wait for me to get cash but I don’t have time now for that”
“Sent truck in for a strange noise coming from brakes, turns out I needed a new center bearing. Professional service with care. Truck came back better than new. Most shops just change one part and send you on your way so you come back in a week with a new problem, not here. Much appreciation and respect to the work done here.”
