This store destroyed my $2700 Espresso machine that they packed and shipped, and then would only cover less than 1/2 of the amount after a claim was processed. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING VALUABLE WITH UPS AND THIS LOCATION. The representative provided false information about the value of the item shipped.

The workers were friendly and helpful!
I had never used ups to make returns, and i asked a couple of questions and the worker was very nice and explained how their self service worked and what was allowed to be return.

$4 to print a label (literally a piece of paper) is wild… I was there the other day and they printed a label for the woman in front of me for free, I went in today with a huge box to return a defective go-kart and they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked him to please make an exception because the box was so big and heavy and I had my two small boys with me, again no. I’m not paying $4 for a piece of paper that I’ve seen them give to someone else for free, absurd. I had to load the box back into the car until I can print the label and go back and do it all over again.
