Very poor service. Went in person on Nov 19, 2024 paid for a new lock to be installed on mailbox at apartment house. Said it would take about 2 weeks. Never heard anything. Tried calling both phone numbers directly to post office no one answers. Called Greenville and had them send an email message over. Still no contact. Went there again on Dec 11th, lady at counter was going to check into it and get back to me. Never heard back. Kept trying to call, still no answer. Dec 13th contacted main post office and told them the situation. Very nice lady gave me a reference number and said 1 to 3 days someone will be in touch. Dec 18th gentleman called said sorry will get this done ASAP. So by Friday Dec 20th. Big surprise. Still did not get done. Keep calling still not picking up. So I am back on phone with main post office waiting on hold to see what can be done now.

My address is 10A Desiree.
How can a delivery not be made to 10 Desiree when we have been living here for 5 yrs? It's me or my neighbor at B, but you decided it was better to ignore customer service, my name, my face when I wave or talk to you- than asking a simple question. Idiots surrounded by idiots!

This post office can’t be bothered to pick up the phone, especially after numerous attempts with 30 minute intervals. Taxpayer dollars well spent.

The woman who is consistently running the postal window is an absolute witch. She has been so rude to me each and every time I have had to come to this location. I (happily) use the Bryant University Post Office daily that closes at 4:30pm. When I can't make it there, I have to visit this location, and I always dread it. She is so mean. Very upsetting

The entire staff are rude and miserable people. Especially for the holiday season. Very sad as I previously had good experiences there, but unfortunately people work when they should be retiring and the community pays the price.

This lady has had a weird vibe for little over a year with me in my opinion. I don’t know what her problem is, maybe she is just cranky. But long story short I went in there four different times with an over sized box only to be told four different things on each visit. Last thing I was told before I decided to never set foot in there again is that she didn’t know how to properly input the H, W, & L of my box to get the computer to work to give me a price and tells me good luck on my way out. Clearly didn’t want to do it, I refuse to believe a postal worker can’t input basic measurements. Don’t worry Broomhilda, I won’t be back. Me or my oversized box.
