Racism! They don’t see it. Allow me explain. I went in there on a Saturday morning 7/13/2024 with my wife and daughter for a passport application, were I was made to wait an extra 30 minutes while they helped a white lady in front of me who had to call someone to come in from outside in other to resolve the problem of paying for her transaction. When it gets to my turn, I was missing a photo ID, it took me less than 45 seconds to walk in the car and get my photo ID and they said no extra time for me. I wasn’t holding up any lines like the two white ladies they had just made me wait on for an unreasonable amount of time. One of the two reps who was quick to say she has a black husband couldn’t see the discrepancy in making me wait an extra 30 minutes as they extended all forms of latitude to the lady in front of me, while making me wait wad a no brainer but 45 extra seconds for me to go grab my ID from the car was a no no no. I am extremely offended and extremely frustrated in how these people see things by default. I should move out of this Rhode Island.

We have used this post office a couple different times for help with pass ports. Most of the employees have been exceptional, especially Skype. Kyle was so patient and answered all of my many questions. I had made a mistake on a form and he went thought everything with me and told me to come back with the form corrected and i did not need an appointment. well i went back wirh everything done however the very rude older woman with dark hair refused to help me without an appointment. it was a very sinple task that she was too incompetant to help with. Make an appointment so you don’t hav to deal with her attitude.

Went into office about 1/2 hour ago, I very seldom write reviews, but had to do this one! Due to how surprised I was at the rudeness of the female associate, not welcoming to any customers ahead of us. No patients didn’t answer any questions when asked, or gave a flip answer. Was with my son, who is developmental delay & need things explained in simple manner. She didn’t answer any questions & she didn’t explain the differences of two different payment on the screen. He answered yes, to the question about package being fragile, no notification was put on the package asked 3 time, ignored 2 times she stated she didn’t have a stamp or a sticker for that. Ask why do they ask the question, she states “ I don’t write the rules.

My family went to our appointment for passports and the woman at the desk was so nice and personable and very patient considering how long the line was behind me. I didn’t get her name but we were there at 12:30 on Friday 10/20/23. I just wanted to recognize how helpful she was. I’ve worked with the public for over 25 years and I know it’s nice to get praise once in a while instead of complaints.

Always a long wait. Staff are not the most efficient.Today there was only one worker and the line was waiting for someone getting a passport (A time consuming process).The customer had an appointment, but there was only 1 person working. After waiting 5 minutes, I asked about the wait time, the worker said her coworker will be back any minute. Why would they take break when they knew they had a scheduled passport appointment?Bad planning.

Went here for the first time since the Centerdale (North Providence) Post Office doesn't offer passport applications. Kyle was so helpful and knew EVERYTHING about passports and had the perfect guidance to make me feel I submitted properly!Cute, small post office, wasn't too busy when I arrived- would definitely recommend!

I went to go get my passport from this office. So it says that they are open until 5pm and I showed up at 3:45pm. There was one other person in front of me who got their passport done in 5-7 minutes. The lady at the office said that her system shuts down at 4pm. I was upset to hear this because it did not mention this on the website. She had 10 minutes until 4pm and refused to even try to help.

A very nice small town post office with "big time" service. The clerk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Steve E was extremely polite and explained all the possible ways in which to ship my package. Steve took the time to inform me about tracking and insurance for my parcel. I will be doing business in the future with the Greenville Post Office.
