Great experience at Advanced Auto Body, truly a hidden gem! I was having problems getting an inspection sticker and these folks went above and beyond to get the repairs I needed and saved me a huge amount of money! They worked with me to get the best price possible and kept me updated on everything! Tucked away in Peacedale, I was able to walk my dog and get a coffee while repairs were being completed. The waiting area is cute and comfortable complete with a 10 cent Coca -Cola machine! And Jack was more than comfortable to hang out! The staff is wonderful and I will definitely be going back for all my auto repairs!

I don't ever write reviews, but these guys deserve that effort. They repaired collision damage to my SUV and did great work. Not many organizations ( to my experience ) fit this description, but I believe that they really take pride in their work and strive to do their best.

Advanced Auto Body was great to work with. They were the only shop that could find and fix a fuel and vapor leak. To add to the whole experience, Jessica in the office was awesome with all the scheduling and communications. Many thanks!

Had my 2015 Mercedes SLK250 repainted due to rock chips in paint on nose. Also had clear coat protection done over the whole front end to prevent from happening again. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Advanced Auto Body specializes in high end cars, and mine being “black” I felt that was where it needed to go. They also did a once over to see if it needed any mechanical work and found that the battery was at the end of its lifespan and with winter coming it was time to replace it, which I did. I would definitely recommend them.

Advanced Auto Body is absolutely wonderful! Their team is professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to take care of our vehicles. I think they did a good job with the actual repair, and the lady that answers the phones is so friendly. My big complaint I guess is that I made an appointment with them in January for a bumper replacement. 2 weeks before my appointment, at the beginning of March, I went down with my car and they looked it over, made copies of all the insurance paperwork and such. They initially told me 2-3 days. A bumper cover replacement on my car should take about 4 hours or so, but I figured maybe there might be hidden damage. They had my car for 9 days waiting on a bracket. Maybe it's just me but I feel like they should have ordered all the parts ahead of time. They called me 3 days before my appointment to confirm the date. If the parts weren't there, they could have told me then and I could have waited to drop it off. The car was drivable until they took the old bumper off. I could have gotten a rental and had the other guys insurance reimburse me but I just never assumed I would be without the car that long. Oh well. Car looks good though.

Just picked up my Toyota Camry which was there for a recent
fender bender. The job looked great. the damage was to the right side of the car, both doors. Not only was it an excellent job but the inside was detailed. What a surprise. Great customer service. Jessica was very helpful. I would recommend them to any of my friends.
