Capalbo Insurance always exceeds my expectations in regards to customer service for both my business and personal needs. When you call you actually get a person to answer the phone. Lee, Taylor and Morgan are always ready to help and answer all questions we may have. I would highly recommend them for their service and attentiveness.

Five stars for this agency -- Capalbo Insurance Group was professional, responsive, attentive to my needs, and FAST at seeking a homeowner's policy that fit what I was looking to cover. I worked with Morgan, and she was able to find me a quote for almost half of what I was currently paying. She was also knowledgeable about how to receive an escrow refund to reflect the cheaper policy. From start to end, the process took less than two days to secure a new policy. Thank you Morgan and team.

Capalbo Insurance Group was there when I needed them. Taylor was the one who handled everything for me. I needed classic car insurance and she had all the information already in her head. It was my first time dealing with this type of insurance. She was so on point and professional. She took all my stress away. I appreciate the hustle of someone who's in it for you. She stayed in constant communication to make sure I wouldn't worry so much. I appreciate a small family owned business for this reason and this one is second to none. You don't get this at most places because employees come and go so frequently making establishing a relationship impossible. But here there not really employees, this is their life. They make you feel like you've known them your entire life and it's very comforting. This is truly a gem of an establishment. Thank you Taylor!
