We have purchased a mattress, foundation, adjustable bed frame and a dining table and 6 chairs. Delivery, and set up were great, service was good. We also purchased an insurance policy on the dining set. We went back to the store to see if we could get the table repaired or replaced (their choice, per the insurance) we were told we'll call you. They may have, but if they did the number was not identifiable as Cardi's. We do not answer unknown numbers. At any rate, due to their not honoring their commitments, we will not give these guys any more money. We are unhappy!

Went in to check on adjustable beds for my mother in law...there was only one salesperson working and she was busy with a customer when we arrived, so we waited a bit....finally she helped us and she was really nice. We found a mattress that my mother in law liked and when we got the quote, it was a bit higher than other places we had visited.The do not charge for delivery but their individual pieces are pricier than their competitors.

I had an 8 hr back surgery and this chair that Emily sold us is so comfortable and assists me with getting up. This was not only a card sell it was a great buy!

Making an expensive purchase is anxiety-provoking for me; making an expensive purchase that is supposed to last 8+ years and will dramatically change my health (sleep quality) felt nearly overwhelming! LORI ANDERSON was practically a saint! Not only did she listen to my needs, wants, and budget limitations, Lori also was remarkably personable and totally defused my stress! I felt like I was shopping with a family member and not being helped by a store employee: no pressure, all information and support! If I could, I would give 10 stars instead of 5! Thanks again, Lori!! I love my bed! ♡♡♡

I have been sleeping like a baby on my new mattress! Lori was the best and super helpful! She took the time to explain the difference in products and was very knowledgeable. She was even able to order a dining room set for me that I saw in another showroom a while ago. Love the convenience of having Cardi's in the Commons! Everything was delivered within 5 days too!
