Jay and Daylin were focused, professional, patient, respectful, kind and went above and beyond to remove my contract with Tracphone and retain my phone number. They both possess excellent communication skills. Both guys are extremely knowledgeable communicate well and efficient! I recommend this store highly because of the quality of phones they carry and value! Jay and Daylin were very transparent and coached me in the right direction to purchase a superb phone, a case, strong screen protector, and carrier plan suited to my needs!

I'm from out-of-town and needed a battery replacement. Jason was knowledgeable & experienced. Work was done expertly and at a reasonable price, and in the time he said it would take. Wish all businesses were as customer oriented and professional as this one.

Took my phone here to get the screen replaced, 3 days later the entire screen turned blue then completely black. When I returned I was told I was going to be charged full price if I wanted it fixed (which was now $175 instead of the $200 I paid 3 days prior?) I’ve always had good experiences here and even purchased my phone from them but never again after they couldn’t warranty their own products and workmanship. Edited in response the screen was cracked from it lifting off the phone which i clearly showed

I was very concerned when my iphone charging port suddenly stopped working while I was visiting family here! The prospect of dealing with apple to get it fixed or replaced in time for my flight home was scary. We called this business - they said to bring it in and they’d check. Sure enough they were able to fix it - told us when to come back ( in just a few
hours!). Maz was the technician who helped us - he helped us pick out a new case which was needed - explained everything thoroughly and patiently. They sell new phones as well and he
was able to explain advantages and disadvantages of each phone. This will be
my choice for repairs and new phones from now on!!
