This is a horrible company. I am canceling my account ASAP. They will not solve simple problems and are just a big company with no respect to their customers even though they are providing essential communication services.

Avoid at all costs if you're a gamer. They're internet heavy lags a couple/few times a day and just straight goes out at least once a day. I have a new $700 mesh router and their best internet plan. Their internet is astonishingly terrible. Changing to Verizon very soon

We went in to change a COX cable and internet package to a simpler, less expensive option. The lady working with us was very nice and she provided some options to get to the desired price point.
