I dropped in for the week while on vacation. Really nice spot with good coaching (shoutout to Tim) and a very welcoming 5:30AM crew. I’ll be back more this week and am definitely stopping by if I’m in the area again!

I was visiting and dropped in the coaching was great, they have a clean large space and great equipment. I was welcomed by the regulars and learned a few things to help my skills develop as i am a pretty new cross fitter. I didn’t feel intimidated. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.
