Exceptionally rude pharmacy staff. The woman Cassie that works at the pharmacy needs to learn how to talk to people. I filed a formal complaint with Mike the district manager who was a very genuine guy and wanted to resolve the issue as best as possible however that does not discount her extreme unprofessionalism. Be better Cassie it's not that hard

Bar none, the best CVS in the state of Rhode Island! I love it so much that I would be willing to drive here from Providence to pick up just one item. I'm not kidding you. The store is huge with an equally huge selection of products and it's clean! I feel like I am in a candy store for grown ups when I am here! I should have taken photos while I was in there, but that would be kind of weird.

Waited 2 hours for a minute clinic appointment, then left due to no end in sight. Pick a different location

I shop the CVS on Main Street in Wakefield and just thought I should share how happy I am that CVS is right here in the center of town. Great staff, Dave at the drive thru is always outstanding, top of his game. I like the self serve checkout especially during the Summer months when our tourist come to town. Parking lot is always a fun time buy overall I give you 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work!!

This CVS is conveniently located in Wakefield near the Shaw's, Belmont market, Job Lot and many other businesses. The CVS HealthHUB is changing, too. It's not only a Minute Clinic anymore......they have expanded their MinuteClinic health services, pharmacy support and 1,000s of wellness products. The health hub is there to treat common illnesses and get care for mental health issues. The transformation of their walk-in clinics just offering vaccines and quick check-ups into more high-tech HealthHUBs, has been a part of the company's new focus on outgrowing its retailer roots and becoming a health care provider.CVS officially opened the first Health hub in the Houston area in 2020. As many as 1,500 HealthHUB locations are now open all over the country. CVS has approximately 9,900 stores in the U.S.Besides that health focus, they still are offering a large selection of grocery items, from milk to bread to seltzer to tuna. Nice clean store with self checkout registers as well as in person check out.

I drove down to the CVS pharmacy in Wakefield about 15 miles from where I live and when I got there I could not believe how little help they had in the whole store. There were two young ladies at the cash registers and about 20 people standing in line. I was looking for a medical device and went directly to the pharmacy. When I got there I found four men and one lady in the pharmacy standing around talking to each other. I stood there for about three minutes and they could all see me standing there and not one of them came to help me. I finally asked them if they could tell me where I could find a CPAP hose. One of them being totally arrogant sneered at me and said we are closed for lunch come back at 2 PM. None of them were eating and I simply said I am looking to find this product a lady that could see how upset I was yelled out to me Jsle 13. I still couldn't find it and went back and before I could say a word another one said sir we're closed till 2 o'clock. Well I wasn't going to wait 45 minutes so I left. I have never been treated so rudely in a long time. If you need service of any kind I highly do not recommend this CVS.

We are required to use CVS as our pharmacy. Otherwise, I wouldn't solicit this store. It is always understaffed and the pharmacy team is incredibly rude. The only reason I gave this a two star rating is due to the convenience of the Minute Clinic.

I have been going to this CVS for years and never had a problem. Yesterday I went in and I was being followed by an employee (I believe her name was nancy). She asked if i needed anything, I said no thanks and she kept following me. She then said to another worker to turn the cameras on me and I said I heard that and she ignored me. I went up to her and asked her why she said that and she denied it. This women 100% racially profiled me and I am disgusted in CVS hiring a person like this. Very disappointed.

Only go here if you have to because they are 24 hours. The pharmacy is filled with the least empathetic people.

Brandon is the worst manager very rude and unprofessional. If there was a worst employee of month award he would win every month.

A very unnecessarily contentious experience. We had to go through the drive thru 3 times to resolve a prescription and were ultimately lectured in an aggressive manner by the pharmacist. I understand things are difficult right now but not only was their behavior unprofessional- they were wrong on the issue. The pharmacist was too occupied being defensive to calmy resolve the problem.
