Don't trust the pricing on the Mazda app, when you're setting up service. They'll try and charge you double when you arrive
Failed my inspection over wiper blades... what a money grab. Never addressed the issue I came in with. Tried to sell me a $900 job, while avoiding the actual concern I came in with
I won't be back for service or a purchase. What a joke!

Flood Mazda makes the car buying/leasing experience WONDERFUL!! My family & I started going to Flood 5 years ago because we were disgusted & frustrated with the Mazda dealer in Cranston. We keep going back & have recommended the dealership to several friends because they make car buying easy. Unlike most dealerships, Flood doesn’t treat you like just a number & they’re upfront about price. From Gregory in sales, Cody in finance, & the GM Russ, everyone treats you like family.

Great dealership run by great people. The salesman, finance director, general manager, service director have all been outstanding. They made the buying process easy and the maintenance even easier. I’ve had my car I bought from them for a couple years now and they help my every need!

Flood Mazda service consistently provides a 5 star experience!! Steven, Anthony and Bruce are all wonderful to work with!! Our cars are always well taken care of, and returned sparkly clean. Mr Lee also does a great job. Kudos to these amazing gentleman who are all class acts!! Highly recommend!!!

I had to go to the dealer because I had a screw in my tire. Luckily the screw did not make the tire leak. While I was there they were able to also do my oil change instead of me coming back in 2 weeks. Mary was very pleasant and helpful to get this all done at once for me.

Always a great experience with Flood Mazda! Steve in the service department is always so kind and professional, and the entire service team is knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate the video updates they send while working on my SUV, and the convenience of having a loaner makes the process so easy. Excellent service every time!

I am from out of town and had a shield hanging down in the front of my CX5. Fearing driving home 300 miles and having a problem i just stopped in with no appointment and they immediately looked at the problem. They solved the problem and re-attached the shield and sent me on my way with no charge. Great customer service.

Another positive experience at Flood Mazda Service. My ancient Miata went in for an oil change and a headlight replacement, but in the complimentary inspection, technician Allan's keen eye found some other issues (control arm, tie rod, ball joint) that a car owner really doesn't think about, which would be problematic down the line. The video he texted to me was highly informative. The repairs were made and my sweet ride felt like a rocket driving home. Special shout out to Steven in Customer Service for keeping me updated on the progress of the work.

Leased a 2024 in January for my wife and felt great then, feel even better after the prompt service from the service guys at the counter!
