I wish I could give 10 stars for a review. My computer was dead with blue screen and totally useless. I was in the middle of a project when a power loss caused me computer loss. I brought my computer in,,,,SAME DAY.. I had my computer back. Not only was Jim Knowledgeable but he was beyond honest and I found a decent human being, who I recommend to everyone!

My son and I stopped by the shop last week, my son had an issue with his hard drive. Jim and Jorden were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

I went in to get a second opinion on a broken laptop. Jim listened to my description of the troubleshooting I had done, and confirmed that having him attempt to repair it would most likely be more expensive than the laptop was worth on the open market. He took a look at the laptop himself, and then he looked up the service tag to see if I could manage a manufacturer warranty repair and showed me listings of the current value to buy a used model. He even gave me advice on parts to buy if I wanted to keep using the hard drives in my old laptop. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He even made a few gaming jokes that to my embarrassment I didn't get! We talked for 20 minutes and he didn't charge me a dime. I know it shouldn't be a surprise, but finding someone who would give you an honest assessment that would discourage you from spending money with them and then listening to and answering your other concerns without being impatient knowing they're not going to get paid by you was nice. I would go back without hesitation for future issues.

My computer was pretty much dead-in-the-water, and I brought it in expecting dire news at a dire price ... Jim fixed it the same day, at a very reasonable price, and gave me the perfect amount of information about the process ... I couldn't be happier with their service - highest recommendation !!
