From the first day that I went to pick out a tractor in 2017 and every year after with the yearly service, I couldn't be more satisfied .Everyone is very professional and helpful, Jim who picks up and delivers the tractor is a credit to the company .

Went to drop a saw off to be repaired and called ahead of time, then when I got to the store they didn't know anything or care .. They are not in any rush to help. . Go to All Outdoors Power equipment in Wakefield they have a larger selection and the can rebuild anything, they actually helped me and I had my saw repaired and purchased a new one for the down time in between. howard Johnson will no long receive my business -Brads Tree Service Exeter Ri

Purchased a new tractor in the spring and had them put on mulching blades. Today I wanted to switch to bagger blades but couldn't take off the nuts due to them using an air gun. When I inquired that if I brought the mower to them and have them loosen the nuts would there be a charge Mark's response was that sure, they would make breakfast and cut my grass too. So insulting and patronizing. I had always planned on using them for future service and business but I'm not so sure now.

Thank you to Mark and Staff. We purchased a new John Deer riding mower. Within a few weeks a part broke. We called and the technician came to our home. Unfortunately, one of the items that broke was not in stock. They quickly ordered it and returned our mower within a few days. Just in time to have a freshly cut lawn for our annual family gathering. Thanks again for your great service !

Excellent service. . .Twice now. . .First , inadvertently ran over a hidden wire with Deere tractor. . . Chris readily came to property. . .He removed the evil wire wrapped around rotor . . Nice guy, proficient, very helpful.Second, tractor got flat tire. . .Brought tire to dealership at the end-of-the-day. . .Zack fixed it on-the-spot. . .He stayed late. . .So impressed.

What a horrible dealership! Go else where to buy and service. I bought a mower last June 2020. My mower only has 12 hrs on it but I broke the belt when mowing my field because I did not see the low spot and I hit it! I called service talked with Josh the manager explained the situation and that I needed the mower back ASAP so I could finish my field so it wouldn't get out of control. He said they are about a week out but he would bump me to the front and should be done by the weekend. I dropped it off on a Tuesday late morning. Well weekend came and went. I called the following Thursday, about a week and half now, service unavailable would you like to leave a message, sure, so I did. Got no response. Call again next day unavailable leave message no I already did, call Friday same thing!!! Are you kidding me. Finally today Monday I called first thing 8:45am store has only been open 45mins, same thing!!!! I said I will wait please put me on hold because no one response to the voicemail. I wait about 5 mins and Ben picks up the phone, I inquiry about my mower he sees it's been there 2 weeks and proceeded to tell me that mowers are taking 3-4 weeks. I tell him that is not what I was told by josh and that I called prior to dropping it off to make sure on the turn around time for service. I explain to him that need my mower and that I just had to pay a landscaper $450 to finish what I couldn't . I told him I will be picking it up today done or not. He proceeded to be cocky and say " well apparently your the only one in RI that needs their mower"! Excuse me, so I gave it right back to him which he hung up on me! Real Professional! Sorry Ben just because I'm a women doesn't give you the right to talk to me like that. You guys are in the wrong and tell lies to your customers! I will never give a single dime to this store again! Taking my business elsewhere! So happy I bought my Kubota farm tractor years ago instead of John Deere! Kubota (RI Harvesting Company) are great and the service is the best! They truly care about their customers. Stay away from this place!!!! They do not care about customers!
