Terrible experience. I was bringing my truck in for a second opinion as the dealer told me I needed $4500 of work done for a power steering leak, an issue that was not present before the oil change I brought it in for. I dropped off my truck to be seen on the scheduled day and time, and they told me I was supposed to be there the day before. They didn’t look at the truck until I called them 5 days later for a status update. They called me six hours later with a quote, but did not share whether they thought it necessary or did they feel as though this actually needed to be done. I was looking for a professional’s opinion and I got a rushed “I don’t know” from the receptionist. I asked for clarification and they did not call back. Picked it up the next day just before closing and paid $126 for basically nothing. Will definitely not go back.

Very disappointed because it had so many good reviews. They quoted me over $800 for a repair I needed plus a bunch of extra things I didn’t need at all. I took it elsewhere and they did it for $250. Don’t go here they will charge you for things you don’t need and try to take advantage of you.

Can’t thank David enough for stopping on his way home from work to help my daughter, who was on the side of the road with a flat tire. Due to the bad storms, AAA was going to take over 3.5 hrs to help her and we are out of state. Says a lot about a person and a business. She will definitely bring her car in next time she needs a repair. So very appreciative!

Place is terrible, awful service and time management. Went to pick up my car and it was still in the lift and hadn't even been worked on yet. Was supposed to pick it up at 2:30 ended having to wait till 3:20. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

they take on too much work. Dropped my jeep off on a Tuesday night (they said Wednesday they'd look at it) I didn't need them to work on it just diagnostics. 4 days later my vehicle still hasn't been looked at, waste of time and money go somewhere else.
