I had a wonderful experience here! I was visiting from Pennsylvania and I had three lights on my dash turn on. The whole staff was extremely nice and helped me to understand what was going on. I would 100% go back if I was from the area.

Place is terrible, awful service and time management. Went to pick up my car and it was still in the lift and hadn't even been worked on yet. Was supposed to pick it up at 2:30 ended having to wait till 3:20. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

Quality service! A few months ago my Impala daily driver was having some cooling system trouble. Kingston Auto got me in promptly, quoting me for a head-gasket at the tune of 1800-2000 dollars per the diagnosis of another shop. However, they determined that this was not the case, and were honest saying it was only a front seal on the engine, bringing the total cost down to $800 dollars. Service staff were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Their honesty was most appreciated, as there is a huge delta between 800 and 2000 dollars!

A number of years ago we were looking for a minivan as our family had expanded but we were tight on money. The owner and subsequently his son, nephew and all the staff had done a great job in getting us into a good, safe and reliable minivan. Since then we have bought at least 8 cars from them and will continue to patronize their establishment. Most of the older cars were traded up and were still in good working condition. We trust them and their honesty and service. They're good people. The owner works off old school values. Something not seen these days and he's instilled it in his employees.

Car repairs can be stressful (especially when your car fails inspection at first!) but my whole experience here was honestly delightful. Mike even let my dog hang out with me in the lobby while we waited, it was so sweet! I was only there for a state inspection and the necessary repairs to pass the state inspection but Kingston Auto went above and beyond and installed my new windshield wipers that I had not gotten around to installing myself. I will definitely be coming back!

I was traveling to Rhode Island from NY when my transmission blew on my car. Mike and the guys at Kingston Auto were the most reasonably priced for a new transmission, and communicated everything with us very well. It was a bad situation, but the guys at Kingston Auto made it easy for us to fix it. I recommend them to anyone in the area that is looking for an honest and reasonably priced auto shop

Bought a Jeep from here 3 years ago. As soon as all the paperwork went through and I drove the Jeep off the lot the check engine light came on. Brought it back to the dealership under warranty at least 4 times since the the check engine light kept coming back on . The last time I took it back they charged me $400 and as I drove away from the lot the check engine light came immediately back on. I've been to about 4 mechanics at this point that told me this was a garbage car and they should have never sold it to me. I don't live here, so trying to come back to the dealership to confront them is inconvenient at best. I have dropped more money in this car keeping it on the road than it was worth initially. Go to a real dealership this place is scum

My family and I have been doing business with Sina for years. We get our vehicles serviced here, and we've bought many vehicles here over the years. The staff is great. We've never had any problems, and we recommend Kingston Auto to anyone in the market for a good used vehicle or mechanics!

My family and I have been going to Kingston auto for years and years. The staff has always been friendly and reliable. We have purchased our last three cars from Kingston Auto and all have done very well long term. The staff spend as much time as needed with their customers for them to understand the problem and how they will fix it. They have never steered us in the wrong direction when purchasing or repairing a car (no pun intended).
