Just had annual AC tune up. The technician was thorough, tested everything ensure it was was working properly. He was very polite and courteous.

I was a customer of Buckley for 5 years. When I moved to South County, I needed burner service and oil delivery. I signed up for a budget plan through Buckley, however the sales guy I was dealing with was promptly let go, and the budget plan was never activated. Instead, they came and filled my tank and threw a $1,500 bill on my door (for the service contract and oil delivery). I then spent the next 3.5 years paying exorbitant (borderline extortion) prices for oil deliveries. This year, I canceled my service agreement with Buckley as I saw no point in continuing to pay $500 a year for filter changes. Upon canceling my service agreement, Buckley came and removed my cooking propane tank without notice (I was in Scottsdale, AZ at the time). I returned home to no propane tank for cooking. At that point, I told Buckley to get stuffed. They charged me for the tank removal, and immediately sent my account to "pre collections." Mind you I have paid regularly on this account for 5 years. I can not express in words the frustration with this company. My gym is just past their office on 108 and I can't wait to see their doors shutter. Hey Buckley! Go get Bucked!

I give Buckley one star only, as having reached out for the general manager, was able to reach and agreement for billing and process errors. It took months of reaching out to distribution, customer service reps, and one marketing rep, to finally escalate to the GM for a fix. I do not recommend them.It’s a shame as before they became part of Petro, they were a wonderful well run company. Not anymore.

Buckley Heating & Cooling has been a tremendous company so far. Fixed my Heat and AC flawless. Anthony Vallesi is really that go to person. He fixed both systems and made it look brand new. Looking forward to continuing to work with there service.

I kind of wish I could separate the sales from the service but as this rating is reflective of the whole company will start by saying I give the Sharon, Zack & Tony FIVE GOLD STARS!!!! Sharon goes above and beyond to clean up messes" truly big fan Sharon, and thank you for everything. As for Zack and Tony and the subs the Sharon used for duct work were the best I'm seen since remodeling this house. Buckley you need to keep your duct sub happy these guys are amazing clean, have common sense and just a pleasant crew who obviously like their work and working together. Then there was Zack & Tony who we are huge fans of and hope to continue working with through service contacts! Zack and Tony are like a old married couple I love these guys!So how did we get to 3 stars? Honestly its was the sales department - granted they are "sales guys" but I am so sick of people telling us what we want to hear - Bottom line: Sales guy [will not call him out] sold us a massive unit our electrical system could not run so we had to upgrade our whole electrical service. I could go one but you know the story.... Lesson Learned: do your own thorough due diligence when making a big purchase.UPDATE: To the credit of the sales manager who called to personally to apology and indicated that he planned to review our situation and speak this his sales staff. He seemed sincere in his position and as I stated to him while the sale left something to be desired we will continue to work with Buckley primarily due to their excellent service department. We appreciate the quick follow up.

Could not be less impressed by this company. Failed to deliver propane while we are on an automatic refill plan. Propane ran out and they told us it would be a week to get us heat in mid January. I wouldn’t even expect this service from a budget provider, let alone one that charges such astronomical prices. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If you’re thinking of using them, do yourself a favor and run.

They forced us to pay them to do a safety check when we bought our new house, despite them being the company who provided propane and service to the property for over 20 years.They then say the regulators need changed all of a sudden -- even though they are original and 20+ years old. So what service were they even doing all these years?

I never bother to write reviews and never write negative reviews, but Buckley is honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with. We knew the heating oil was overpriced but we liked having one company for everything....HVAC service, oil, propane, and installation. We've worked with them for about a year and the technicians are terrific but the office staff and especially the scheduling dept. are just awful. It's been one problem after another and a real last of honesty and accountability. The last straw was them not showing up to deliver our heating oil. When we told them we were almost empty and we told they'd come next week. Seriously?? We called a local company that was pleasant and responsive and coming today.

Buckley Heating is trying hard to dig themselves out of years of poor reviews from unhappy customers. I have service contracts with Buckley on multiple boilers. They have responded quickly to and resolved satisfactorily multiple emergency (eg no heat) calls. They made appointments and showed up to perform maintenance work. Their technicians appeared to be qualified and communicated well with me. I'm 2 years in to the maintenance contracts. No complaints.

Are you tired of just being able to kick back & trust that your propane/oil company will deliver you gas when you need it? Are you looking for more of a challenge, and want to spend your free time in a constant state of anxiety during the winter, checking your tanks religiously to make sure you aren't low, and then spending an hour on the phone trying to get your gas company to deliver propane to you? Are you looking for a gas company that tells you they'll deliver but then never does? And when you call them to get a delivery when you're extremely low, they tell you "there's nothing we can do unless you run out" so they can call it an emergency call and charge you an extra fee, even though they're the ones who failed to deliver on time, when they said they would? Most importantly, do you love waking up in a freezing house in the middle of January & then having to take a cold shower? Then Buckley's is the company for you!Sadly, we've decided this was a bit too challenging for us, so we're switching.

Stop sending me promotions if you aren't going to let me buy oil. ?Edit: while writing the review someone called asking what they could do to get me to sign up ? you refused service to me, because I don't burn enough oil. Definitely dodged a bullet on this one, thanks for not letting me use your service ✌️
