“Did our research and knew exactly the mattress we wanted. Chris the salesman never tried to up sell or add unwanted mattress covers to our purchase to qualify for some crazy warranty or return. There return policy is simple and straight foward with no tricky fine print if we weren't happy with their product for any reason. I say that because we had a totally different experience at Cardi's in the past with a return policy with unreasonable requirements and added costs.... so lesson learned, went to "Mattress firm" and had a great experience.”
