I like the people who work there, but I had a small personal loan which auto draws out of my account, well I had enough money and they didn’t draw the last payment and sent a letter saying my payment was overdue, well nobody told me it wouldn’t auto draw my final payment I had to call them to find this out, that makes no sense why auto draw 11 out of 12 payments but make me manually pay the final one ?

Be warned this company will lie to your 78 year old father. They will tell him they are selling him an insurance policy that will 100% cover his car loan if he passes away. Well that’s not actually what they sold him. The fine print, that a 78 year old didn’t read because he was told what it covers, states that if he is over 70 then it will only cover 25% I understand he should have read the document, but, who reads through all the paperwork when you get a car loan anyway? The loan officer tells you what you are signing. He trusted he was being told the truth. Why would a 78 year old ever agree to 25% of an insurance policy on a fixed income. They wouldn’t. Then he comes to tell all his kids that he did a great thing. He got insurance that will cover his car 100% if he dies. He passed a month ago and we have found out what this bank did. They left out the part about being 70 years old and the coverage reducing. Now he’s gone and cannot speak for himself and the bank claims they explained this to him. We know they did not. They told us too bad, so sad. Please don’t let your elderly family member go to this bank alone. I wish we had know he was going to apply for this loan and policy. We would have sat with him and this bank would not have been able to do this. The worst part is you won’t find out your family member was tricked until they are gone. The President of the bank told us to pound sand.

Love this placeI had been a Washington trust customer for years but got tired of their banking policies. Peoples credits all deposits for the day before taking out any debits.Friendly and helpful employees.

After opening a business account my monthly fees were raised quickly. The second attempt to dramatically raise my rates was last week.Time to go somewhere who wants my business as much as my money. Employees are very nice and I feel as though these are administrative issues at a higher level. Either way, I suggest elsewhere.

I've been a customer here since 2011. The service is always friendly and they offer reliable overdraft protection. They are also always reliable when it comes to fraud protection.
