She asked how it had happened, measured me and watched me walk to determine the perfect pair of shoes for me. I felt bad as she was surrounded by boxes as she tried different brands to get the right fit (then had to accommodate my style choice :-) !) I left the store confident with my shoes and felt very well cared for. A very rare feeling these days. I am so thankful I went in.”
