Every time I have Shopped at the Wakefield Staples store, I have been very satisfied. This time I had an especially positive experience finding exactly what I was looking for with the help of the sales clerk. Check out was fast and easy and I was impressed with the organization of the store and the wide range of products.

Staples is my go-to for all my business office supplies. Everything from tech to cleaning supplies. Customer service is great, too. Everything is easy to find. Their store brand is high quality.

You either leave staples ripped off or disappointed. Came here and asked the copy and print center to laminate TWO pages. TWO pieces of paper and they act like I’m requesting a phone call with the governor. So as usual with this disaster of a company, I left without what I need for my business. I don’t know why I keep coming back to any staples locations.

Anytime I visit this store they are welcoming and professional. We stopped by for passport photos tonight. Mike took care of us and Quinn checked us out. Both were super nice and professional. Thanks guys!

This Staples store in Wakefield is in the same shopping center as the Shaw's grocery store. I have been here many times, but today I come in to use their Amazon Drop off return. The shipping section, which included the Amazon drop off department was busy around 11am on a Saturday...There were 4 people behind the counter dealing with all customers and about 5 people in line in front of me. The line was moving very slowly, and the staff seemed a bit slow and disorganized. The guy right in front of me, just left the line and said...I'm just going to go to the Post Office.. I finally got to the counter, got my QR code scanned and within a few minutes I got my receipt. The store itself was not very busy, but the shipping, printing and Amazon drop off area was really crowded....

I love your store. I will never say a bad word against it. So just everyone knows-this store always has the nicest, most down to earth people on the planet working there! I've never run across anyone working there that wasn't super nice, in 27 years I always have fun when I go there. I also love the sales and mark downs too! Love you guys.

This yelp page is incorrect. The Staples that is located in Wakefield has these hours below: Mondays through Fridays: 8am to 7pm Saturdays: 9am to 6 pm Sundays: 10 am to 5 pm
