The stylists that work here appear miserable with their jobs. First, they told me they were all booked for today when I attempted a walk in. Then, I went online and booked an immediate appointment. My stylist complained that she was booked back to back every 20 minutes and it was supposed to be her day off. She was supposed to be off duty by 1 pm, and she needed to leave for her family. It was 1255, so obviously she was rushing with me. The other stylists were verbalizing similar complaints with their customers which is not cool. I will go somewhere else next time.

I called at 1015am to make an appointment for 11am. I arrived at 1055am, checked in with the manager to say I was there for the 11am appointment. At 11am, she asked the other waiting person if they had an appt. That person said they had had one for earlier but didnt bother to show up for it. The manager took the other person and blew right by me. Why make an appointment here? It has no meaning.
