Use any other surrounding post office. The one woman with glasses and a short haircut does not want to help customers. The worst postal experience every single time. They need to hire competent and efficient workers.

Super friendly postmaster helped me with a change of address for my parents, both now deceased. Westerly post office was not cordial when I went there, although they did say that I needed to go to the West Kingstown post office. But shall we discuss the fact that they thought I should have known which post office I should have been at even though I told them I live in Colorado. Walked into West Kingstown post office, and felt welcome. She listened to every question, and answered them all. She was so incredibly helpful and empathetic!!!
