Jesse was very courteous and helpful. He was extremely patient since he was dealing with Senior Citizens who had a very out dated phone. He never rushed us and answered all our questions.

WE had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron at Verizon in Wakefield and he was incredibly patient in explaining the new phone and e-book to me. I am far from tech savvy and the transfer from one phone to the other was seamless. He is excellent at his job and delightful to work with. Very responsive to the needs of setting up my Samsung Z Fold 5. When he ran in to a problem, he diagnosed it quickly or when he ran to roadblock he was not afraid to as for help to get him through the situation. Kudos to Jason for a job well done.

Jason got me a great deal on a new phone. I went in because my phone was not charging. I got a new wire for my charger free since I just purchased it 5 months ago. My phone is obsolete, that is when Jason checked for deals. With my trade in I will only have to pay $5.00 a month...what a deal. I am retired on a fixed income so this is awesome. Jason transferred all my data to my new phone. Thanks for everything Jason
